As a runner I was fortunate enough to be gifted a sports massage from Ana at my local gym. I was slightly apprehensive as I had never had one before, but I needn't have been.

From the moment the session started Ana put me at my ease with her engaging personality. Throughout the session she clearly demonstrated a true understanding of various massage techniques and specifically tailored my session to alleviate tightness. My aches disappeared and I truly felt rejuvenated.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ana to anyone who is looking for a massage as an athlete or simply needing to alleviate everyday stresses and strains. I will certainly be booking further sessions myself!

I have had several massages and hot stone treatments not because of any aches, pains or a problem area, I had them because we all deserve a treat and OMG, that’s just what they are. The pricing is fair for a single treatment but I prefer to buy a package of treatments which brings down the session costs even further. If you are holding back because you are unsure of the treatment just talk with Ana before you start and it will feel like the treatment you get was made just for you!!! 5 stars is simply not enough!!

If you have muscle pain or tightness Ana is where you need to go! She really knows her stuff and is super kind and friendly.
I have had stiff sore muscles from strength training and lack of stretching (I really just stretch!) Ana has helped me with all of this! She’s relieved any pain and is working on relieving the tightness hut each time I see her the tightness gets less and less. I have also been to see Ana for a hot stone massage which was really relaxing. 100% I would recommend Ana!

I have been a client of AMST since Ana first qualified. I am an active 62 year old. My twice weekly PT, vineyard field work, hiking, cycling and swimming sometimes leave my limbs and back aching and tired. The Sports Massage is a very effective way to get relief and relaxation. Intensity levels can be set to your preference. The introduction of the Hot Stones and Head Massage greatly increases the penetration of the massage as well as providing wonderful levels of relaxation whilst simultaneously relieving aches and pains. I find that by adding deep breathing exercises I reach measured deep relaxation, low stress levels and increased HRV. Give Ana the opportunity to relieve your physical and mental stress and strain.
