Patient and helpful!
We have been back and forth with AMS for a little under a year and although at first we weren’t in a position to move forward, they always kept in touch and did everything they could to get us to where we needed to be! Luke in particular was so patient with us!

AMS is a trustworthy and highly recommended advisor.
AMS made it possible to get a mortgage offer. I have been looking for months but no one can support with my application. They have been helpful throughout the whole process. When it’s unlikely for high street banks to approve you, I recommend seeking AMS’ advice.

5 star
Was a bit dubious with some of the claims on the website and other reviews, but I cannot recommend AMS enough. I am an extremely critical person, but from Luke taking the first call through to Shanita at the end, the process has been seamless. I will definitely recommend and bear in mind for the future.

Self-employed Contractor Outside IR35
I am a self-employed contractor working outside IR35, who has recently set up as Ltd company.
I had reached out to various mortgage brokers who all said the same thing "its not possible to get a mortgage, you will need a minimum of 2 years books" so I had pretty much given up. A few weeks had passed and I thought I may as well try, the worst anyone can say is no. I had spoken to Access Mortgage Solutions and they said YES! from start to finish they have been professional, helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend to everyone.

AMS Absolutely Amazing
AMS has been absolutely amazing in securing a mortgage for me when other companies couldn't, and for that, I am truly grateful. I used their services for a Right to Buy (RTB) mortgage, which can be quite a headache dealing with the Council. From the get-go, Luke, Claire, and Shanita were incredible and incredibly helpful, as such I completed my purchase today!!
This was my first experience with a mortgage, and it was daunting. However, their expertise, guidance, and excellent communication skills made all the difference. I always felt comfortable reaching out to them via phone or email to clarify things or check on progress.
I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself. Their dedication and proficiency truly set them apart.

5 star service
5 star service - from Luke through to Claire and then Shanita, I cannot fault the service from start to finish. I had struggled with a few brokers in the past, I was a little dubious about some of the claims on AMS website. But everything is true. It has been roughly a week and I have gone through a full application, receiving offer first thing on a Monday morning. Communication has been fantastic and the people are great.
