The dresses look good on the models on screen and sizes guides were clear. Ordering process was straightforward.

I am deeply disappointed in Amory and Co. I was offered a full refund for a cancelled item in a very pleasant helpful email. That was three weeks ago and I have yet to receive the promised sum. Since then every polite email I send to enquire about the oversight is met with a computer generated response saying.
‘Thank you for getting back to us. Please send us your exact order number (included twice in all of my emails) and any further details so we can help you’
I have a number of these unhelpful emails now.
Any advice as to his to get in contact with a real person would be most welcome.
I just want to settle this issue amicably

They appear to offer fantastic discounts. I will have to wait and see what the item is like before I can comment on the value. I couldn’t see a sizing guide for my item easily. At this stage it looks like a great buy though.

Simple, no nonsense experience. Found and bought what I needed in minutes.

While I accepted that for such a low price, I couldn’t complain too much about the three-piece suit I’d get. How wrong I was. Despite following the sizing guide carefully, the jacket and waistcoat were much too small. I’m a grown man, but this would have fit one of my teenage nephews better. Then fabric was paper thin, borderline see through. The stitching was of a poor standard; I’d expect it to fall apart within a few months of wearing. It’s not worth it. Really disappointed.

I have ordered my jacket and it took more than 15 days to arrive and quality is rubbish customer service number is fake so seems counterfeit and dodgy. Beware before ordering

Absolutely excellent service

I ordered two jackets on the 16th September but after reading poor trust pilot reviews I decided to cancel the order within an hour of placing the order. The money was taken out the next day and I was informed by email that the items had been dispatched and therefore couldn’t be cancelled however I could return them for a refund once they had been received by myself. It is now 7th October, 3 weeks after the order was placed and I have not received any items and cannot get a refund. I have contacted them and been told the item is in transit, personally I would suggest you DO NOT USE This company

The ordering process is easy and the shoes look nice. I will update further when I receive them.

Really upset as ordered some beautiful looking boots for my birthday which never arrived (apparently marked as delivered but they're unable to tell me which company they shipped them with). I emailed custoner service and 'Daisy' just keeps sending me the same auto response. I told them I would rate on trust pilot & take to socials if they don't refund me and they've not responded. Really awful service, I'd consider it a scam. Do not order.
