The item was not actually in stock but I was charged and told I would be refunded in 7 days. Two weeks later and still no refund. Most companies wait until the order ships before charging.

If it wasn’t for the help of Michael…
If it wasn’t for the help of Michael Lee, I honestly would’ve stopped payment on my order. After purchasing, I received no email confirmation—nothing at all—so I thought the whole thing failed. Probably just an internet glitch. After 2–3 days I reached out, and Michael stepped in right away.
He explained everything clearly and got my order on track. He even offered me a small military discount. It wasn’t much, but it meant something—and that’s what I’m talking about. Real business support from someone who truly respects the people who serve this country.
A++++ service. Ammo City is lucky to have him.

Wish they had other shipping options for small items. But ACS is still great.
I really like Ammo City Supply. Like REALLY like their selection, prompt shipping, and fast shipping speeds. I recommend them to everyone I can, and still will. However, I wish they had a cheaper shipping option for small items. 3 $0.79 items about the size of a pencil eraser costing $17.75 to ship was a bit much. While disappointing, I will continue to ship here for the reasons mentioned at the beginning.
