The item was not actually in stock but I was charged and told I would be refunded in 7 days. Two weeks later and still no refund. Most companies wait until the order ships before charging.

The shipping box was broke open

The shipping box was broke open. They don’t even try to use appropriate packaging. One box of ammunition was missing. Each ammo box had one end ripped off. Again, they don’t even try to get it to you intact. One strip of reinforced tape around the box would at least show a little effort.

Selling items online that are out of stock

This business is offering items online for sale that they do not have in stock. They took the money for the sale, then contacted me 4 days after purchase saying they actually do not have the item sold, saying it was listed online 'in error'. Now the seller is attempting to delay the refund I requested over 48 hours ago, emailing me back and trying to get me to accept 'store credit' instead of a refund. I had to issue a dispute with the lender directly to help obtain the refund.

Struggle bus website order

Purchased items online and nothing shipped. After a week I had to contact customer service to figure out one item was out of stock… even though the website showed it was available. After clearing that up, the in stock items were shipped out VERY fast. Price, quality and shipping speed are why I give 3 stars. Website inaccuracy and lack of customer service proactive contact to keep me informed is why they lost those 2 stars.
