Solicito alquiler 2 scooters para 3 dias en La Cala de Benidorm, relleno 2 prolijos cuestionarios y me contestan q no alquilan en esa zona pq tiene muchas cuestas.
Que lo pongan en la web y q no pidan datos q a saber q harán con ellos.

The order for a two seater scooter was not placed as promised by Benidorm Plaza but on asking about it the reception phoned Amigo24. They delivered a two seater but it had clearly seen better days. This might have made availability of a good scooter difficult? Seats were duct tapes. Driver seat moved from side to side. Both front tyres had no tread. Not that this is a big issue but clearly all tread gone so it has done many miles. The main issue is the scooter could not go up the garage access slope. I ended up turning the speed controller up full and running along side it to get it up the hill. It was like a toboggan start with me running along side it but pushing it uphill not down. On the flat is was fine. Charged full price for a substandard scooter. I previously got my first scooter while on holiday from Amigo and there was a very snatchy stop process that was uncomfortable for the passenger as they had nothing to hold onto. So all that said I will not be using them again or recommending them to others.

Friendly company, so helpful. My personal Wheelchair power battery was almost out, they kindly charged in in there store for a couple of hours (whilst I sat in bar next door), would take any money for the electricity or anything. Wouldn’t have been able to get back to hotel without them. Massive thank you!

Hired a mobility scooter for 6 nights, my husband took ill on day 2 when I asked for a credit note for the next time we visited they said I should of reported it it from the day he took poorly, how were we to know it was going to last for three days, the days we did use the scooter the battery life was terrible only 2 miles and the battery drained to two barrs, awful customer service and we won’t be using them on our return, as if it’s not bad enough losing 3 days holiday through illness NO COMPASSION FROM THE COMPANY,

did not receive the scooter i ordered after lengthy phone call they found my e mail and promised to change waited in hotel until 11-30 and they did not deliver promised scooter but gave me one they were collecting another small one i have used Amigo in Benidorm for last 10 years but will not do so again.

Rented a scooter in Santander from Monday to Friday (July 2025) and the cost was a phenomenal 130€. It’s 90€ for the rental and another 40€ for them to deliver and collect it from your hotel. That is outrageous given that the person requiring the scooter clearly has walking difficulties and can’t go to the store. The scooter was fine - but the prices on their website definitely don’t include delivery charges. Never had that in Spain before.

Absolutely pathetic.I was let down badly even though I had booked in advance. Ringing impossible, answerphone all the time. I was left stranded for several hours. The caretaker of the apartment Im staying in finally got through to Amigo 24 and told me theywereon the way. Liars!!! I believe this company should be blocked for misrepresenting the clientele.

Delivered on time, collected on time.
No problems recommending, polite, professional, price very good.
Deposit returned I full at the end of the hire

Based on my personal experience, I can highly recommend Amigo 24 Salou-Cambrils for your disability scooter hire. They offer fantastic, friendly customer service at a very competitive price. I think it's better to ask your hotel (I was staying at the Hotel Golden Acqua Salou) to contact Amigo 24 on your behalf. Their drivers will drop off and collect the mobility scooter at prearranged times at your hotel, and payment is made to the Amigo 24 driver when they deliver the mobility scooter. I hired a Deluxe Large Mobility Scooter from the 16th of May until the 28th of May 2025. I would like to thank Federico (the Manager of Amigo 24 Salou-Cambrils) and all his staff for looking after me.

Every time we go on holiday my wife has to stay in the hotel but this time we hired a double scooter what a difference we could go out together. Fantastic service very friendly staff who could not do enough for us ,will definitely use again when in Benidorm

If I could give no stars I would! I rented a mobility scooter and these lovely red ones came down... only after the amigo man leaving did I see the disgusting mobility scooter from 1980s, I had been left with. Not only was it ugly but after a full charge I went out for an hour and it broke down completely. I had to wait 45 mins on the roadside alone after some nice person pushed me to a bp station so I could call amigo24. 45 min wait and they bring me a much nicer scooter. I called them about the trouble. They were so terrible on the phone and said I cannot get my money back for tomorrow and only my deposit. Even tho I am done with the company and don't wish to go out and experience this again. I have a seizure disorder leaving me frightened stranded and alone. They told me call the police if I like there's nothing I can do. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I have missed my medications getting back to the hotel and the man was absolutley disgraceful on the phone. No cares given. Read the small print as u cannot in any way get your money back for any discrepancies. Be warned!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. Hired scooter and it was badly damaged. Got replacement after some hassle with company. Staying in a hotel and was told where to charge
it each night but no space a couple of nights. When scooter collected the person was very rude. Will never use again. Would not recommend rm

Hired an electric wheelchair and a scooter for disabled hubbie to vet around and have some independence whilst on holiday in Benidorm. Amazing staff, great communication via email and very helpful staff at the Benidorm shop. We had to change the wheelchair as it developed a “weird noise” and changed with no issues! Really happy with the service, and would definitely use them again when in Benidorm!

My wife was in need of a manual wheelchair in Benidorm. Was advised by a lovely couple about Amigo24. Most friendly staff, service with a smile and very reasonable price. 100% Recommended. Thank you for helping us to enjoy a wonderful holiday ❤

I ordered a double Mobility Scooter thru my apartments in Benidorm. Scooter arrived perfect we thought. Paid and cash deposit. Drove it for 2 hrs and there was a cont in nous beeping brought it home and next morning plugged in for 5 hour charging result nothing remained the same. Contacted the Company who sent one of the rudest people I have rvr met. Turned up 40 mins later with a monster of a mobility SD cooper which I refused because it wasn't what I ordered. Lost day 1 with mobility scooter asked for extra day sun to make up for Thurs I was told no. Asked for all my monies back response No. The rude man said you have to take what you get not in this world you don't especially when it's not what I ordered. Money gone thru bank. Disgusted with company. Will have to cover the whole sorry saga on Facebook platform. No response. To my emails. Bad Customer service and rude employees. Will. Intact my solicitor on return to Ireland re above. It has ruined our plans D our holidaysa

Be aware of this company. They advertised a double mobility scooter four day hire for 80 euro.
When the guy brought the this to the hotel he told me it was 120 euro. I questioned this and stated that I was not prepared to pay that and he mentioned that the charge advertised was for older models that do not cover as much distance and I was getting a good deal because this was a newer model. I managed to get it for 100 euro in the end but buyer be warned. The price advertised is not the price you pay. The mislead you !
I e mailed the store to complain and they did not offer me any money back.

I rented a mobility scooter from Amigo24 through my hotel in Oct 23
Scooter 1 - this one wouldn't pull this skin of a rice pudding and had a flat rear tyre.
Scooter 2 - this one would had a flat tyre at front that was nearing coming off
Scooter 3 - this one would not hold it charge
Scooter 4 - this one was ok but the battery indicator says is full but I ran out of juice after just 2 hours.
I gave up after that. Stuck with number 4 and didn't travel far with it.
The guy who delivered number 3 scooter was the rudest man would not listen to what I was trying to say and argued with me in hotel foyer where the receptionist intervened and calmed him down, and agreed with me he wasn't listening and what I was trying to say if he had listened would have cleared everything up. He did realise this when I should him the contract. Seeing him change his attitude was worth seeing.
Thanks to the receptionist at the hotel who called them and didn't mince her words I got 30€ compensation.
I was talking to another of the delivery drivers and he did say that they don't maintain the scooters to the level you would expect and just keeps chucking them out hoping people won't complain.
Good points. They delivered and picked up when stated. They are reasonably priced.
