Almost been a month, no answer on my order. Called the 800 number and its disconnected....

Anonymous company with terrible customer service. Quality the items are very low. Impossible to reach someone if there is a problem. There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs

Received the items albeit very slow however don't fit, poor quality and unable to get ahold of customer service for return. The 800 number on their website is no longer in service.

Horrible Company. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. They have not refunded my money for a defective Vest I bought nearly 6 weeks ago. It was sent back to them nearly 3 weeks. UPADATE: Some time after submitting this review, I was refunded. I had to make several requests as stated.

I just got this Email.

"Order #3***** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded."

I didn't cancel this order!
Not pleased and I did not enjoy being gaslighted by these people one bit!

If you don't want to give out free stuff or run out just say that then! If this is how you run your business I'm never going to be interested in anything you have and I'd never trust you for anything after this and will be sure to pass this on to anyone I know!

ordered on 8/31 when i complained about it on 9/13 that it hadn't shipped they cancelled my order but still have not refunded my money

I purchased a shirt from this company and they stated on the website that they provided next day shipping. It’s been 8 days and they still haven’t shipped my order. I tried calling the customer service number and it has been disconnected! I didn’t read the reviews about this company until after I made a purchase! Do NOT order anything from this company as it appears they just take your money and don’t ship anything! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau I found out afterwards, my mistake! Please don’t make the same mistake and order from this place! They will just rip you off!!!

I placed my order, received the confirmation email, the next I received tracking information saying item had been delivered, um no, no delivery ever came. I have tried to contact them to no avail.

They shouldn't be allowed to use the Name AMERICAN Legend Rider. Their website states next day shipping. Not even close. Still haven't received our order and they state that couldn't cancel the order. I can't wrap my head around this stupidity. Do not buy anything from this company.

This site is a SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolute bs. They got the order wrong then said they would fix it and never sent the replacement. I even offered to send back the first package. Absolute Chinese scam artists!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Sent me emails saying package was shipping out if Atlanta.
After 5 days I have no tracking from usps. Only "partner facility" moved package updates. Why in God's green earth would I order Chinese motorcycle helmets. I'd rather wear a baseball cap

Order a two seat pad for my Road Glide July 22 and it is Aug 3rd and it still have do come. Poor customer service. First and list time I ever go to this web oage and order ANYTHING AGAIN.

DO NOT BUY anything from this seller, I noticed after my order was placed that an item that I only look at was added as a UPDATED purchase, I called to cancel and number was not in service. So I emailed them to cancel and heard nothing until I got an email saying items shipped ( still haven't received ) again I replied order was to be cancelled. They replied it was to late but I could ship back at my expense...NOT HAPPY. I'll reach out to my credit card company for a refund...Paypal was no help

I had the worst experience ever with this company. In the end I was "permitted" as they said, to send back my helmet that had clearly the wrong size compared to all my other size 62 helmet. Helmet 300$ free shipping cost me 62$ in the end and 90$ to ship it back, so 152$ for no helmet. What a rip-off. All of this took 2 and a half month of calls and e-mails. Easy return they said. Do your self a big one and go with an other company.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I ordered a helmet which I found at another site for half its price. Not only did they refuse to stop the shipment. Which took forever to happen but they also refused to help me. Send it back which I did to them at my own expense. When I received the return receipt requested form, I asked them if they had received it and they said they had no proof and I had to send it to them, which I. Did still after 3 days? No response from customer service. I can't believe this company. I'm not sure how they stay in business except for gouging. People and not allowing them to return items and get a refund even though they were glad to collect your payment up front. Do yourself a favor stay away? Just stay away, try Amazon, try anything else. But never use this company worst customers.

Love the product and the vest that I received from you guys it’s comfortable and it’s perfect for my concealed weapon

I just recently stumbled across ALR and was very impressed with the product and the company's mission statement and have been buying all my gear for my cross country ride this June. The products are reasonably priced and good quality. Once I get the last of my purchases I will send you guys and gals at ALR how BADASS you make bikers look.

Highly disappointing experience. Ordered a sling backpack which site states in stock and ships next business day. After a week of nothing being shipped and no response from customer service I had to file a dispute with my credit card to resolve.

What was ordered did not come in the timeframe i was told the would be there.When it came to tracking my parcel,my comfomation email said they shipped it via Postnord DK.Not in there system.When i contacted ALR they said it was shipped with UPS.There website said i had to pick it up.Tracker said out for delivery and that i would have to pick it up from canada post.They have nothing in there system.Its pretty sad when the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.ALR should be looking for my parcel,not leaving it to there customers.
