American Cruise Lines is how to see American up close and very personal. You visit the heart of America from the Great Lakes to the Southern States, and the West and East Coasts. There is an itinerary for everyone. The crew is the best-friendly and helpful. ACL takes care of their seasoned passengers always there to lend a helping hand. The excursions are the way to really see American. It is a roadtrip by water where you always come home to your same room. You will never go back to the huge impersonal cruises!

We are pleased with the staff, facilities and excursions. However this trip the Puget Sound vehicles could use some repair, interior light shields missing, guides speaker system not working and it seems vehicles shocks or suspensions worn out.
The trips Excursions staff were very knowledge were very friendly which was nice.
Music at night seemed a little LOUD for me.

Great experience and environment for a family reunion. Outstanding service from the personnel. The ship was always very clean And plenty of good food to satisfy your desires. Our schedule allowed plenty of time for family gatherings which was the main purpose of the trip. Only suggested improvement is for you to provide a email summarizing my credit card debit at the end of the trip. When I saw the charge I had to try to figure out what expenses I did incur And came close enough to be acceptable.

Complete comfort travelling, dining, going out and about.

The staff is so incredible, food amazing as well as entertainment.
I lost my purse and the whole crew was searching. The only place I can think it might have been left is the loop

The American Cruise Line provided a first class experience aboard American Constitution. Our room, food, tours, educational talks, housekeeping, drinks, service and on board cruise manager were top notch. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile for you. We had a good variety of tours from which to choose. Everything on board was included in the package. We met many talented interesting fellow travelers. Our tour manager and cruise manager were both great and loved their jobs. One of my favorite on board programs was honoring our veterans and celebrating America's 250 years. It was the most patriotic program I have experienced. Thank you ACL.

I have already completed this and turned it in. We both enjoyed our cruise immensely and give the cruise and A+. They were all outstanding, especially the hotel manager and our waitress Alexus

Simple, quiet, friendly, great speaker on Lewis and Clark. I liked the way the crew worked together. When the cruise director was helping clear tables. No hassle just easy going.

Small ship only 90 people Board. Staff and crew and food were excellent. Only disappointment was having a 5yr. child running all around the ship, she was barely watched. Her parents or grandparents were always asking where she was. I thought you had to be 18 to cruise with ACL????

I was impressed by the quality of staff, their attention to detail, and their cooperative nature with one another. The ship was in excellent shape and provided a pleasant experience. The food selection was comprehensive and met a wide range of tastes. The shore excursions were of high quality and provided a good learning experience. The guest lecturer was magnificent and delivered a great learning experience.

The crew, the ship, the excursions, the food, the drinks - you cannot go wrong! The Columbia River Gorge is beautiful!
