Extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed my dress within a week, yet it arrived over a month and a half late. Throughout the entire process, communication was incredibly frustrating. I constantly had to chase updates myself, received very vague responses, and only got proper replies after repeatedly messaging them. The lack of professionalism, cooperation, and customer service was honestly unacceptable.

What made the experience even worse was finally receiving the dress after all that waiting, only to find that it looked completely different from what was shown online. The dress I received did not match the photos in terms of fabric, color, quality, fitting, or overall appearance. The material felt cheap and low quality, the fit was poor, and the dress looked nothing like the elegant, high-quality product advertised on their website and social media. It genuinely felt like I received a completely different dress from the one I ordered.

When I raised these concerns, I was met with poor cooperation and excuses instead of accountability. For the amount of money spent, this experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard this brand presents itself as having. I would strongly advise future customers to be very cautious before ordering, especially if you are relying on delivery timelines or expecting the dress to resemble what is advertised.

It is a scam. I received a horrible dress

DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. The dresses are edited with AI and made to look amazing. What you get is a cheap SHEIN dress with no detail of finishing like the picture. Once this company has your money, they will no longer give you the same customer service as prior. Takes longer to answer questions or even show you any kind of finish product. They are deceitful and they delete ALL of their comments on social media so no can see how much they are lying and steal. Do your self a favor and don’t go through the hassle and lost like I did. $1,300.00 a cheap $5 SHEIN dress and money lost.

My experience with Amelie Baku was a total letdown. I was so hyped for my dress, but it was a mess when I finally got it for an event. Seriously, the price was way too high for the low-quality tailoring and cheap fabric they used. They couldn't even get the details right.

The whole process was a mess. The seamstresses didn't seem to care about what I wanted, and they couldn't communicate well. I was on pins and needles until the last minute, waiting for that dress.

And get this—when I noticed all the flaws and sent it back for fixes, they gave it back to me unchanged in more than one month! They swore up and down they fixed it, but it was just the same old mess.

If you're thinking about using Amelie Baku, I'd seriously reconsider.

I ordered a dress and it was a bit expensive.. after the payment I thought why not to read about the website and I was shocked that all the reviews was bad .. and to be honest I was worried. Any way I couldn’t do anything except waiting.. today I have received my dress and it’s the same as the picture. Besides the details is beautiful and the tailoring is clean .. I loved my dress and will order again. I can upload the dress photos

This website is a scam! I received a dress that looked different from the one I ordered. The pictures on the website are stolen from a real website; their products are not the same. I will never buy from here again.

No chance that this a legit company, it is a scam! Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Im very disappointed, I bought an 800$ dress and paid extra for the express shipping (yet it took over a month to arrive) that looks NOTHING like picture, the fabric is terrible and the finishing is a joke. There is blue pen marks all over the dress. And the worst thing is no one is replying to me in all the contact us ways, what’s app and email.
I do have pictures.
I also posted a review on their website, funny enough it was never posted. Again A SCAM!
I wish I read the reviews here before buying, but I’ve learnt my lesson.

I ordered my daughter a dress and did receive it within the 20-30 days. The dress is beautiful. I did reach out to Amelie and tried to track my package, but never received a reply through what’s app, email, or through the Amelie app. It also said I did not have an order. I was happy to receive the dress, but will probably not order with them again since the communication is poor.
