Ambercrown Arvostelua 

I placed an order with Amber Crown for 2 dog collars in July 2026. After it had been several weeks with no word on shipping, I reached out and the AI bot assistant said it was taking longer than usual. After a couple more weeks delay, I reached out again and said to forget processing the order, just give me a refund. At that point, I was told my request was being forwarded to the department that could handle that. I heard nothing further. I reached out a third time to say I hadn’t heard anything and received no response. I just sent a fourth email but don’t expect to receive a response, much less a refund or my order. It’s very disappointing because I have ordered from Amber Crown before and didn’t have an issue. It just took longer to receive the order because it was coming from Lithuania.

I placed an order for a dog collar on July 10, 2026 and did not receive it. The status provided on my order was 'unfulfilled' and I could not get a reason why. My account was charged and I have not been able to receive a credit. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and via their website form. I receive email responses from an AI Bot, but cannot get a person to contact me to discuss a refund. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service provide by Ambercrown.

The Amber Crown site was passed to me by my friend who has made purchases with them before and recently. After I placed the order on June 15/2026, I have not received any email confirmation or delivery. I kept checking the order & delivery info. So I finally wrote them email on June 22. They apologized and asked for some more informatio which I provided. Nothing happened. I followed up again June 24 using their website “contact us” link. They responded with the same AI generated response asking for the same information two days ago. So never any delivery. DON’T ever trust this Amber Crown site. Stealing money.

Subsequently, without any communication to me, I found out via the “Shop” app that the collars were being shipped. I finally received them on June 27/28 after I posted this experience here. While it was resolved, it was a bad experience taking one so much energy & time to follow up in different channels.

Ich kann mich leider nur den vorherigen Berichten anschließen. Bezahlt, keine Lieferung und nur KI Antworten. Ich habe zu früheren Zeitpunkten bereits mindestens dreimal problemlos Einkäufe getätigt und war deswegen sehr überrascht. Leider nicht positiv !!!!

Auf viele, viele Nachfragen per Email immer nur automatisch generierte Antworten bekommen. Aber weder die Ware, noch das Geld zurück!

Habe ein Halsband bestellt und bezahlt. Ebenso die Lieferung mehrfach bereits angemahnt. Jedesmal werden Postleitzahlen und E-Mail-Adressen angefordert. Keine Reaktion mehr, sobald man alle Informationen sowie die Bestellnummer angegeben hat. Vermutlich schreibt hier die KI.
Komischerweise hat eine Bestellung 4 Wochen früher einigermaßen funktioniert.
