We rented through them, and this is your warning: avoid them.
From the start they showed no respect for the home or for us, entering the property and refusing to take their shoes off even when asked. The flat was in poor condition when we moved in, with mould, dust and dirt and only a basic clean when they said it was professionally, and the issues we reported were met with promised fixes that never properly happened. Their handyman came once, did not finish, and failed to turn up on days we waited in for him.
We looked after the place carefully, cleaned for nearly a week before leaving, and handed it back in better shape than we received it, even paying out of our own pocket to replace old limescaled stuffs. When we asked them to send cleaners back since the first time didn't qualify to their standard, they refused and chose to charge us instead, which tells you how they operate.
When challenged, they blamed the landlord rather than take any responsibility. We disputed their charges with evidence and recovered most of our deposit, but it should never have taken that. In our experience this is about as bad as a letting agency gets. Document everything, and do not say you were not warned.

Professional honest service. They deal with stuff better than the big estate agents who charge almost double but don’t even look after then property properly. I haven’t had to do anything with these guys. Very hassle and stress free always keep me updated if anything happens
