It gets worse and worse, now 3 minutes a ads but not just any ads nope its constant selling brands with a basket on your tv to ad items too. How stupid and desperate are amazon .everyone with prime has the app for shopping if they need things , i wonder how many accidental itrms have been bought. Honestly one a the most money desperate companys ever

I’m a prime member & placed an order on the 9th February expecting next day delivery now I’m waiting until the 12th February to get this order delivered.Disappointed , disgusted , frustrated & not worth the money as a prime member get a GRIP Amazon you make millions & can’t even get a order delivered the next day. I would say 0 stars but u have to give @ least 1

Amazon Prime signed me up to a free trial without my explicit authorisation or consent, and deducted money from my account- again!
Be careful with them as they will do this on other services such as Audible & Amazon Music. Happened to other friends & family as well.

Have had Amazon prime for a few years now and like the convenience of next day delivery. However I am completely horrified that an Amazon delivery driver thought it was absolutely fine to just let himself into my home! He opened my front door, walked in and put the parcel down and then left without shutting my front door properly! I feel completely disturbed that a stranger thinks it’s okay to let themselves into other peoples homes!!!

The adverts are over bearing. 3 min long adds every 5 minutes. It's a joke . Can enjoy watching anything

Can’t remove continue watching shows after you’ve had a look at it and decided you don’t wanna watch it which is the case with most of the shows cause most of its regurgitated Rubbish and a decent shows when there’s a new episode doesn’t seem to show that there’s a new episode you have to manually check on various days overall for a company this size it’s disgusting that I’ve got such a rubbish app

Prime shows utter disrespect when showing some movies, such as deep water horizon, where it does not allow the names and pictures of the poor victims of this travesty to be shown, instead moving on to the next movie. Disgusting! Also it's error about re-starting due to memory problem is a nightmare. I have deleted all unnecessary clutter and yet it still keeps closing to 'free up memory'.

received A amazon gift card loaded it onto my account tried to use it to pay for prime but it wont let you use it for the prime subscription saying that you have to pay for it using credit card first then use card to renew it will not allow to be used at the first subscription YET there term and conditions states that it can be used to pay for prime I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions only to be told they cant help me and will not put me through to anyone else to complain so PLEASE do not buy there gift cards or use prime its a con from AMAZON TO GET YOUR MONEY

Bad move introducing adverts and then making us pay to remove them…never watch Prime TV anymore. Pay for prime…why pay again? happy to pay for Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix etc.

What's the point?

I love prime, i started 2 years ago to get it anually unfortunatly they dont let you pay for add free yearly. Even though the cost is a little high for video side with deliverys its something i would still get but not if i have to pay a monthly subscription for removinv adverts. Oh amd if you do get prime for 1.konth and cancel reaccurance you cant add add free after it making it ungetable. I have it this month and will canc3l it at end date. I timed add free with that too.

First of all they said original members would retain family benefits for the life of the membership. They removed that. Then they added in adverts unless you pay for more. Now, if you don't pay more they not only hit you with more and more adverts (which themselves started out as only Amazon products), they also punish you for daring to fast forward through sections of programmes by assaulting you with even more adverts as soon as you stop. Capitalism is great, isn't it?

Waste of time. Poor value if any.

Amazon is always double charging me for prime membership and for anything I purchase from Prime- like movies! I cannot trust this company that is underpaying their staff and not even paying their fair share in taxes! Cheap Chinese stuff, illegal fraud and billionaire greed!

been good , had it over a year but getting bad. very late getting here ,, from ipwich suffolk to wooplit suffolk 10 in eve . some time wait in do not come . from just down the rd.? dont think i will renew it this yearwill be 10 pm this eve

So just now I called them as I have been watching a program series for 15 years, I watched episodes 1 & 2 last week and went to watch the others tonight, to discover that they are all locked and I can watch any of it. So I called them and after leaving me hanging in after multiple questions, they hung up. They are quick to take the subscription every month, minute there is a problem, they don’t care. I work too hard to be treated like this when I want to relax. Disgusting customer service.

The movies that you can watch exclusively with Amazon Prime are low budget movies with many failing the box office ! Prime delivery is hardly ever next day delivery! Good luck anyone using this service. I'm out
