Je signale ceci à amazon, et laisse un avis circonstancié sur amazon ( propos comme ci dessus et respectueux)Amazon me répond que mon avis ne peut être publié. Comment faire confiance aux notes des vendeurs marketplace!! J'ai cdé sur A.mkt place pour la première fois et bien sur la dernière.

I try to avoid Marketplace but use it when the item is not available from Amazon and I need it quickly. However, despite using Prime next day delivery, items are not arriving when promised and Amazon do not seem to be bothered that Prime delivery promises are ignored by the Trader and give a date way out of next day delivery as the new expected date. I am now collecting data for Trading Standards as asked to by them.

Los productos que seleccionas en realidad no existen y la práctica totalidad de la lista es sustituida por otros productos más caros. A pesar de ello compré por una urgencia, y recibí un aviso en la hora que debía llegar el pedido diciendo que el transporte no había podido llegar a mi domicilio y que me devolverían el importe en de 3 a 5 días, a pesar de que deben ser profesionales y conocer las características de los sitios a los que llevan la compra, en este caso en plena ciudad de Barcelona. En resumen, un verdadero desastre. No volveré a comprar con ellos

It's a decent site for ordering and shipping, but I received a $9.99 item and paid $38.00 including $6 shipping. So it's a scam. Won't do again. A smarter way would be for them to give you a decent first box, then rip you off on the 2nd and 3rd boxes.

Déçu, je n'utiliserai plus du tout le market place (j'ai également transmis l'info à mon entourage famille et amis de ne plus l'utiliser) et utiliserai uniquement la partie Amazon classique. Un vendeur (iCoza) m'a volé par deux fois sur le remboursement du produit en portant des accusations mensongères auprès d'amazon (accusation que j'ai put prouvé comme étant fausse) étant donné que ce n'est pas Amazon qui était expéditeur la garantie A à Z n'a pas voulu gérer le problème. Je vous invite à être extrêmement vigilant avec Market Place et n'acheter que si l'expéditeur est Amazon, sans quoi le service après vente n'est vraiment pas correct "sur la zone Market place" grosse prudence également avec le vendeur Icoza qui a reçu pourtant de nombreux signalement similaire au miens dans les avis mais que pour autant Amazon n'a pas pris en compte "se dedouanant qu'ils ne sont pas les expéditeurs".

Un colis dans la nature

Alors que je n'attendais plus mon achat je vais sur le site Amazon pour faire une réclamation. Là je vois que le colis qui aurait dû être livré à domicile est à chercher sur le site du transporteur. Mais impossible de savoir où se trouve ce site et que le transporteur est chinois. Aucune information n'est donnée sur le transporteur local qui n'a pas laissé d'avis de passage. D'ailleurs est-ce ce qu'il existe?
Après réclamation auprès d'Amazon j'apprends que le transporteur anonyme est Colissimo. À la poste, où nous étions allés nous renseigner, ils nous avaient dit que sans numéro d'envoi ils ne pouvaient rien pour nous . Maintenant nous avons déjà un numéro. un peu tard. Noël est passé '

I bought Microsoft software with LIFETIME License. A year later it stopped working and the vendor was disappeared from Amazon. Amazon will have nothing to do with it…NOTHING

Bought through Amazon but they say it’s not their issue.

The second time this has happened and Amazon say it’s nothing to do with them!

Man hat langen Versand, keinen Kundenservice und muss retoure selbst bezahlen. Geht anders günstiger!

Pessima esperienza, non avevo mai avuto problemi con amazon, fino a quando non mi sono imbattuta in marketplace, articolo arrivato difettoso e amazon non ne risponde

Bought from Amazon and the product was delivered but had suffered damage in transit and leaked over 50% of the materials.
Tried to raise a refund request on Amazon but informed that Amazon Marketplace purchases not refundable or replaceable.
This is a disgrace and probably illegal for any UK online purchase.
Be very careful using Amazon as your purchasing window because you may be unprotected.
I lost nearly £50.

Its a shame that Amazon Market Place traders sometimes give Amazon a poor rep'. Over the years I've bought plenty of products from Amazon but sometimes buying through them is a frustrating business. I live on an island, so our product choices are sometimes not as broad as I would like so we buy online. Mostly this is OK but sometimes you have to be wary of shipping fees. However, the worst situation I find is when you order a product, Amazon confirm the order, the order is confirmed as despatched, (which incidentally means the buyer can't cancel), and then a few days later you get an email from Amazon explaining that you are getting a refund on the purchase and you aren't going to receive the product you have researched and have been waiting for, in this instance paint from PREMIUM PRODUCTS WB. If they don't wish to send products to our island then they should setup their delivery options correctly. As far as I'm concerned it is pure incompetence on their part.

Wenn da beim Kauf etwas schief läuft bekommt man seine Rechte nicht durchgesetzt. Amazon steht dazwischen und man kommt an der Verkäufer nicht ran. Und Amazons Kundenservice ist unterirdisch

La garanzia Amazon dalla A alla Z e solo una perdita di tempo e una grandissima presa per i fondelli.

I have been an Amazon customer for over 20 years. It was amazingly good service. It is now completely broken !
I have spent a month. I have spoken to 12 different people on the phone. They all lie. They all pretend everything is sorted. It never ever is. They insisted I pay my own return fees for having received a completely stupid wrong item. The return postage is more then the actual cost of the item. They insisted I would get this money back straight away. Another lie. It is impossible to get any sense from them anymore. They just ask for information they already have and then tell you it's all sorted. That's it. That's all they do. They do nothing else.

Had iets besteld bij Amazon, 4 juli ontvangen niet goed. Blijkt het door marketplace gestuurd. Moet ik 24 euro betalen om het retour te zenden. Het is nu 22 juli nog geen terugbetaling gehad. Je denkt dat je bij Amazon besteld en dan komt het uit China.Bestel vanaf nu niets meer bij Amazon want je wordt gewoon belazerd. Had ik ook bij AliExpress kunnen bestellen. Goedkoper.

Ich bin absolut unzufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung bei amazon.de Marketplace. Es gab keinen Kundenservice, der mir weiterhelfen konnte. Retoure wurde teuer bezahlt, aber Produktpreis landete nie wieder auf dem Konto, was bei verdächtiger Produktqualität besonders ärgerlich ist. Die Ware kam aus China, was zwar vorher ersichtlich war, aber trotzdem durch Amazon im Risiko gedeckt schien. Die Lieferzeit war auch extrem lang für Amazon Verhältnisse.
Der Kundenservice blieb ohne Reaktion. Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg von diesem Shop!
