Wouldn’t issue a refund despite me not recieving the order. I raised the claim and the customer support starts arguing saying yes it was delivered to me (the person) when the delivery picture clearly shows a package in a communal entrance on the floor. Not delivered to me or to door so I assume it was stolen. Raised a dispute with my bank in the end. Terrible service don’t order waited a month for no delivery and argumentative online support

Fabric quality is very bad
embroidery and stitching is not on point.
Very disappointed....

Ordered 5 outfits for my nieces wedding but unfortunately I waited for 3 weeks when I was told delivery will be in 10-15 days the latest. When I contacted them they said they haven’t been dispatched.
Made all sorts of accuses. Ruined my nieces wedding as we had to we had to wear Old clothes. Very disappointed and distressed shopping with them. They didn’t even compensate for the inadequacy or unprofessionalism.
Also had to chase them to refund my money.

​The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, working swiftly to process my order for delivery to the UK. My outfits arrived right on time for the date I needed them, and they are absolutely stunning! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you so much!

I want to thank Amave.pk for their truly exceptional customer service. I placed an order a few months back for two dresses to be shipped from Pakistan to India, My order ran into some serious customs delays getting into India, entirely out of the brand's control, and more than two months passed and I still hadn't received it. But the team was constantly giving me updates the whole time.
They tried so many different ways to get it to me, exploring a few alternate delivery routes since the border delays were dragging on., and to be honest, they could have easily just given up, cancelled the order, and given me a refund. But the whole team kept trying because they really wanted me to get my dresses.
It just so happened that I had to go to the UK for my company’s annual meet around that time. They reached out saying they were planning to try another courier, but I told them I wouldn't be able to align on that because I was traveling the next week and would be in the UK for 10 days. As soon as I said that, they sprang into action! They quickly made arrangements to send the parcel to my hotel address in the UK instead, and it got delivered safely.
I have to say, the dresses are so so beautiful and elegant, quality is top notch!
I have never seen a brand demonstrate this much value toward a customer. Hats off to Amave.pk. I loved the dresses, but I loved your values even more.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I ordered 4 outfits to be delivered here in Canada. Only one outfit was actually sewn to the medium size specifications on their size chart. The others were either way too small (eg. 13 inch shoulders), or way too big. One dupatta had multiple huge rips as large as 12 inches long. There were also brown stains on the clothing, and it definitely looked like they were used. Like another client stated, the clothes weren't even wrapped in plastic. They were just inside a carboard box. I sent Amave pics of all the rips, stains and wrong measurements, and all they offered was a $75 CAD refund and 5% off a future purchase lol. I had to file a chargeback claim for 3 of the 4 outfits with Visa and received a refund that way. Day after I received the refund I received a whatsapp message from Amave asking to call me to talk for 3 minutes about the chargeback. Funny how they ignored my complaints earlier but now want to talk lol. Huge red flags with Amave!
Update: amave tried to dispute the charge back claim I filed with Visa. They lied and said that I never complained to them about anything. I provided Visa with all email communication with amave and pictures of the clothes I received. Visa then retrieved the money from amave's account and refunded me. They also said Amave will likely be fined for this.

I bought 4 suits , the clothes were not even packed in proper plastic packaging they were all folded and stacked togather in side the carton ,which can be ignored but
none of the thin silk suits have lining , very low quality silk used, Stitching very average
Dupatta no finishing and only 2 meter dupatta , only designs are good and the model showcasing is good to attract customers but only for 1 time , not buying again and I will also update here in the complete community in Houston and other states that it very average .

I found this site on Instagram and I loved the selection of clothing.
I placed my order and I was not disappointed.
It arrived within a week and Amave kept me updated at every step.
The outfit was better then the pictures and the detail on the clothing was exceptional.
I will definitely be ordering from Amave again
