Absolutely a scam!!! I ordered two Super Giant boxes and received one that was the size of a large shoebox. I made a complaint to my credit card and got the charge reversed.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Definitely a scam company, do NOT purchase. Ordered an XL box and received a box that fit in the palm of my hand. Have been emailing for more than a week to try and get a refund and they're telling me I need to pay the return international shipping. Their terms of service does not state customer liability for return postage. I know the contents are a gamble but the size of the box received is not what I paid for. So much for their 100% customer guarantee, it doesn't exist. They want you to accept a 20% refund and you don't need to ship the tiny box back. Definitely a scam.

SCAMMERS: I heard nothing from the company after ordering. My only receipt was that of the screen shot. I paid extra for what was supposed to be faster shipping. I went to look for contact info and there was none to be found. The order wasn't showing under the orders tab of the app I used to purchase. Therefore, I disputed it with my card company. Upon hearing from them they promptly sent me a shipping notification. The problem is that it was not what I ordered. I ordered 2 supersized products and received one super small. Don't waste your time. If it looks too good to be true then it is too good to be true.
