I RETURNED 2 SWIMMING COSTUMES THAT I PURCHASED FOR £59.42 AS THEY DIDN'T FIT.
IT COST ME £23.50 TO RETURN THESE, THIS WAS BACK IN OCTOBER 2025. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

*****BUYER BEWARE***** I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a jewellery box for my wife for Christmas on 6 Dec and paid for 3 days delivery. Despite three emails/messages - no response and item not even dispatched by the time of writing on 5 January. At very best this is appalling customer service, however I can only assume is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Reported to the Bank as Fraud.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Recieved my order 6 weeks after purchasing - despite 4 emails saying my items had shipped.

The quality and fit were horrendous. Emailed asking to start a return process. She takes forever to respond and states its because of such a high volume of orders 🙄 and only responds back asking if I want to purchase more scrubs for a discounted price. Literally, every email she sends ignores my request for a return and offers me something else.

Waste of time and money. Can't stand this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a pre-lit Xmas tree on Xmas day - stated delivery 29 Dec. Heard nothing. 2nd Jan - order cancellation email received. No apology. Jokers.

Ordered shoes. Ill fitting/ bad quality . Followed returns policy. Posted back to China in June, paid another £8 to return. After a time I queried that I hadn’t had a refund. I was asked for proof and receipts which I did have but they said shoes were not returned to their warehouse so would not refund.
The shoes turned up back at my house in December ie. 6 months later with a Chinese sticker indicating it had not been claimed!
I am going to report this company but because it’s based in China I’m not sure it can be resolved that easily

advertising scrub sets when infact its only a top and no bottoms. poor quality material. shipping and delivery is ridiculous ive waited 5 weeks for delivery. I would not waste your money,

This jewelry is JUNK! 2 of them already broke and I literally gave them to my mom yesterday for Christmas. Save your money! Also the color screen FAKE, CHEAP. I’m sure I can find a better knockoff on Amazon for less and an easy return.

Una stella perché non si può mettere zero. Un solo consiglio: non acquistate da questo sito, gli articoli sono orribili, pessima qualità non si possono indossare per quanto sono fatti male. Completamente plastica. Se chiedete il reso sarete costretti a spendere il triplo per spedire in china perché così funziona altrimenti ti mandano un misero rimborso che non serve a nulla.
Se avessi letto prima le recensioni non ci sarei cascata. Aprite gli occhi! Evitate questo sito truffa!

Amara scrubs is a scam! I order scrubs on September 2, 2025 and still have not received my order. I have multiple emails back and forth with the company requesting a refund but every response asks me to try a different product instead. They will not process my refund, I paid for nothing!

How can they get it so wrong so many times with one order?

I ordered multiple items. Two arrived and the other seven didn't.

Despite being 'out for delivery' it turns out they were sent back to their warehouse for some unknown reason.

I then had to wait until they arrived back at their warehouse to receive a refund. Why when I didn't cancel the order?

The delivery drama lasted around a month and the cherry on the top was they didn't refund the £40 postage.

This is not a luxury brand or company I'm afraid.

Never received my order and keep fobbing me off very disappointed don't purchase from them!

Disgusting service, sent numerous emails regarding poorly fitting scrubs and that i wanted to return them, initially they offered a ‘partial’ refund but i could keep the scrubs….why would i keep scrubs that dont fit??? Now all of a sudden they don’t respond to my emails! Please dont buy from here….they are nothing like the scrubs from Figs!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I have contacted them several times regarding my order and I get one reply and then no response at all. I want to return my order but no one will get back to me. Terrible service

I capi Amara sono originali, dai colori particolari ed io da ormai un anno effettuo ordini online e pagando con bonifico non ho mai dovuto aspettare oltre due o tre giorni. C' è anche un servizio wathsapp che guida passo passo in caso di difficoltà, ad esempio una volta non mi era arrivata la mail di conferma e di fatto era come se non avessi acquistato, ho rimesso tutto nel carrello per procedere di nuovo all' acquisto anche se i vestiti e le taglie andavano letteralmente a ruba! Io sono soddisfattissima della qualità dei capi ed è l' unico sito in cui sicuramente trovo sempre qualcosa che mi piace, poi c' è sempre qualcosa di fine serie a prezzo davvero conveniente. L' unico neo per me è che Amara crea dipendenza!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping and I am a frequent online shopper. I placed the order on 23 November. It was confirmed. I received the confirmation email. The estimated delivery was on 29 November. It is now 5 December and I have received no updates. No emails nothing I have submitted an online customer support request to their email which has gone unanswered. Today I called their customer service number and was completely disappointed in the interaction I had with the female on the other end of the phone. She was not helpful. She told me that I could continue waiting but my order may never be shipped or I could cancel the order now and get a refund. She couldn’t tell me why she told me she had absolutely no interaction whatsoever with the warehouse team and there was no way for her to contact them to find out what was happening or why there had been no update. Absolutely terrible customer service and experience all round. I urge anyone to do your research before even attempting to purchase from this retailer an absolute scam. I’ll wait to see if I receive the refund but I’m not confident that I will, they are scammers at best. They take your money and they don’t ship you any product.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. They have sent me an email to pick up my order in central London and I live in Norfolk. I wish I’d of read these reviews before I purchased.

I was told to accept a 25% discount or post back (to China) for refund which I did at great cost
Months later item came back, via Northern Ireland, saying addrees unknown

Dopo vari tentennamenti ho ordinato una maglia...carina.mi dicono che costa € 39 da applicare lo sconto del 20%.ok accetto.... subito dopo mi chiedono 5€ per la spedizione e va bene...mi scrivono su WhatsApp che devono aggiungere altri 3€perche ho scelto di pagare alla consegna con il corriere...ci accordiamo che il totale da pagare è: in tutto 39€ ...
Mi arriva una mail con la fatturazione dove l.importo da pagare è di:€ 47... perché hanno aggiunto l Iva...( Cosa che non hanno mai specificato)... contatto l assistenza mandando screenshot della fatturazione e mi rispondono che non è una loro email... rimando screenshot con evidenziato il nome della ditta e mi rispondo che è loro e si scusano...e che mi avrebbero fatto pagare € 39 cmq.... Non ho accettato..... ordine annullato.... MAI PIÙ!!!!

Don’t order, nothing like picture on advertisement the sizes will fit a child. Absolutely disgraceful advertising don’t waste your money, it’s also from China so takes ages to arrive.
