Their products are expensive but when you receive them they look like cheap oversized polyester clothes. The only way to contact them is via customer support email and they really don’t respond at all. The is no specific address for returns and no customer service number. They are horrible replying emails. It’s a scam. Please don’t buy anything from Alyxen.com especially international shipping. If I can I would have complain about this company to concerned government department to take action against them.

I have tried to contact customer support 5-6 times over the past few weeks. Just an automated message comes back that someone will get in touch in 24-28 hours. They never do. I am stuck with a $75 pair of pants for my son that are soooo small. It's a scam; there is no customer support getting back to you for any exchange or refund. Be carefuL!

Terrible. Total scam. Do not order from this website. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie for my son. The items took forever to arrive (weeks and weeks) and the package was difficult to track.

He liked the pants, so we kept those, but the hoodie is awful. It does not look like the pictures online. It is a black hoodie with a plaid lining. Plaid lining was supposed to be plaid flannel, but it is a shiny polyester material. The hood should have a drawstring but it doesn't, there aren't even holes for one. The front pocket should have a small fabric label attached, but there is none. It also should he a heavier, thicker hoodie overall, but it is very thin and cheap looking. I have messaged customer service TWICE with no response. Each time their automated message says that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours, but of course they don't. Customers are promised returns, but there is no guidance or link on their website or the emails. Do not buy from this website. Total scam!

Einen Stern für die Einhaltung der Lieferzeit von 14 Tagen.
Die Homepage von Alyxen erweckt den Anschein, dass es ein französischer Shop mit Versand aus Frankreich ist.
Bei der Versandbestätigung sieht man dann, dass alles aus China geliefert wird. Da habe ich schon mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet aber es kam schlimmer. Verdreckte, kaputte Bekleidung, die auch optisch nicht der Beschreibung entspricht in falscher Größe und furchtbarer Qualität wurden geliefert. Untragbar. Jetzt warte ich seit einer Woche auf ein Rücksendeetikett und ärgere mich, dass ich bei der Bestellung nicht besser recherchiert haibe

Oszuści nie odpowiadaja na korespondencje.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Artikel nicht angekommen.Suport antwortet nicht. 15 Tage ist kein Paket 📦 unterwegs.

Suivi de la commande à la livraison : * inexistant. 3 semaines sans infos et pas de service joignable par tél. Répond à 1 mail sur 3.
Le PONPON : étiquettes coupées, ce qui est clairement illégal pour la composition >> DGCCRF
Rapport qualité prix service : nul
Conclusion : ultra fast fashion probablement acheté sur SHEIN et revendu au prix fort avec une marge conséquente.

characteristics don't match the products they sell. The sellers cutted the label on the hoodie and everything is made of poor material. Without the label you can't in fact give back the damaged product. I'm never going to buy something from here ever again

Clothing is NOT the same as seen on website! Clothing material is super bad do not trust their size charts at all! The sizes are different for every item I ordered 2 sweatshirts both in the same size and ones giant and the other is to small. Pants were not barreled they were straight legged and didn’t fit well

Horrible material only polyester . Its an massive scam had to wait 4 weeks for this stuff they dont even show the sizes i bought s and it loked like xl and was way to long dont buy here its very expensive like 40 bucks for a ugly hoodie that looked 10 times better on the site
Also my whole body is itchy after i wore it only once
