In terms of the aches and brain fog, it’s worth noting that while your formula is designed to provide general nutritional support, including nutrients that contribute to normal muscle, bone and cognitive function, it isn’t a medical treatment. If aches are ongoing or persistent, it may be worth checking in with your GP to rule out any underlying causes, just to make sure you’re getting the right support.

That said, some areas like focus and mental clarity can take a little longer to feel the full benefit from, especially if things like stress, sleep or workload are playing a part. Months two and three are often when people notice more gradual improvements building over time.

If you’d like, we can also arrange a call with one of our in-house nutritionists. They can talk through your current routine and offer personalised advice to help support your goals alongside your formula.
