Hey I want my refund this company keep on deducting and I don't know how did I subscribe under them please how cn I get my money back

I’m very upset I’ve been charged twice when I wasn’t even aware I made an account I altered cancelling before and have still Since been charged money I need

I did not actually applied for this, but it prompted when iam applying for a Metro rail card so it was really a mistake, in connection I would like to cancel my membership and refund the amount debited to my card, thanks for your understanding.

Had an issue with payments but the issue has been resolved quickly

Scam. I clicked on a wok and tried to purchase it. But after I paid it said I had subscribed to be a mmeber of a shopping site and instead of the wok I ordered, I got an email with. A link to spend 15 points. They then takeore money out of your account.

Due to a misunderstanding a deduction was made from my bank account. I query that.
Eugene from your company contact me in regards of my problem and with patience beyond believe he took me through the drill for refunding.

They take money from your credit card every two weeks and convert it into non refundable credits which can buy overpriced items in their so called shop. It is an out and out rip off.

Be aware, this company is a scam, registered in Cyprus. I got redirected to them through FB when making a transaction and accidentally subscribed to their membership. They take money in form of credits every 14 days without payer consent and apply cancellation fee. I've lost 15 pounds for nothing and had to block the company in the bank!

Clearly a scam company, they were supposed to charge me £3 for something which I authorised- they have taken a further £6.05 without any explanation

Please don't use this site, I got scammed. Thought I was buying a handheld game for my son and ended up with a subscription to the site where they take money monthly without asking. Said handheld game was £8, so far I have paid £25 and they have said they don't even sell handheld games
