It back to u all and the packages came right back to me. You all said u understand but No u don't understand. I have tried to call but no one will answer. I emailed you all. U guys gave me the run around. Im Not Happy with u all. U all just scam everyone. God sees all. He knows who u are. I hope u can live with yourself scaming people out of their money. No cool.

They charged me more than I ordered and it's fraud cause they said they would give me a refund and they never did and I try cancelling the subscription and they won't do it

Worst company ever will not help with any concerns or will ignore you. Takes money when you never signed up for a subscription.

This company will ignore all requests to stop the subscription. I have written 7 times making this request, only to receive a polite response that it is being dealt with, which it is not, as they continue to send out orders I do not want. I had to go straight to my card company. Do not waste your money and get caught up in the trap and going round in circles.

The merchandise is wonderful. It works well. I have been taken in for about a week now and I can feel a difference.

Initial scam subscription kind of solved with 30% refund. Continued to try and take money from account, card company cancelled my card and have submitted it as fraud. I did email them again but this time I had no reply, just further attempts made to take more money.

Absolute joke of a company I’m being charged monthly for some I don’t even use and I have tried for the last 3 months to cancel they keep saying yes they have but keep getting charged and because I paid on Klarna they apparently can’t cancel it the place is a SCAM

This company deceive me.i asked them stop my subscription and send me a refund and I'm still waiting for the money. I will not recommend this product to anyone

This company is highly misleading and I would not recommend buying from them - I bought what I thought was a one off bundle and then have entered in to subcription without my approval they have sent me sane bundles and charged me 3x more months I am disputing the payments with my bank and now they are increasing the amount taken - I do not want this subscription I was not aware I had entered into a subscription and need to report them as highly misleading and fraudulent, please beware

The worst product, and they are a scam, they add you to an automatic subscription service without your permission. And when they say it’s all been cancelled it’s a lie they still charge you the next month. Don’t ever buy from these scammers.

Scam I wanted to purchase one thing and when I hit the checkout buttons to go to a screen like any other site it just kept purchasing stuff and they didn't do anything but give me 20% off then I got hit with a subscription that I didn't sign up for that was 177 Canadian I had contacted them and they said best they could do was 70% off i said ok it's now been 15 business days and nothing was waiting to get the refund to change bank cards so they can't take money from me but based on these comments not looking like it's gonna happen

I received my first order along with 3 other items I never ordered. They offered me a partial refund that I accepted. However never received it. They also confirmed I had no subscriptions with them. However, they kept taking money for new orders that I never placed. I flagged them as fraudulent with my bank and had to block their access to my card.

Absolute SCAM company

It is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. They have debited my account 85.04. These are unauthorized charges. I have sent them multiple emails, however, I have yet to receive a reply and after reading all these reviews, I doubt I will ever receive one. Do not purchase anything from them.

This company is an absolute scam. Their site makes you purchase the whole package not just what you’d ordered. I have ensued confirming they are reimbursing 70% of the cost charged as the other products I didn’t want. I have never received the refund and even after receiving emails stating they had cancelled the subscription and were refunding the money taken from my account they still deducted another months supply. Stay very clear. They are a total scam and a bunch of liars. How a human can do this to other humans is beyond comprehension. Stay very clear of these SCAMMERS!!!!

0 STARS! THEY ARE THIEVES!! SCAM!!!! I have had yet another payment taken from my account for a subscription I never even signed up for! I wanted to try this as a one time thing so I purposely didn't sign up for a subscription. This is now the second time. When I contacted them last month, someone had assured me that everything was cancelled, yet another payment was taken today. I never received a refund the first time around and I'm doubtful they will this time either. There is no way to access any information on the website to manage or even see what subscriptions you have (if any). I can't access payment information or delete the account, nothing. This has been a nightmare and I am so done with companies that make it impossible to fix anything yourself. There is no other way to contact them other than by email and all they do is push you from pillar to post, passing the buck to someone else to deal with. This is a total scam and I am fed up with them practically stealing from me!!

Edit: Even after putting a block on my bank account from reoccurring payments, they have taken money again under the same name with a different spelling!! This is now the 3rd time! Every single time I dispute with the company, they tell me that someone is looking into it and then tells me it is fixed and the "subscription" is cancelled. I have had to make yet another payment dispute with my bank. And this time, it's a higher amount that has come out. This is being frustration at this point and frankly it's disgusting.

I ordered last month on a deal as soon as order was purchased another payment came out immediately I tried to sort with Alva slim directly they said nothing they could do and would give me 30% refund that never shown up. I have now taken further action as they attempted to take £96.99 out of my account 1 month later and blamed a subscription I have had on why it attempted to come out of my account. I am annoyed with myself for falling for this but please be aware it is a scam

Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing, what a scam. They kept sending and taking payments even after guaranteeing me that they would stop even though i did not even want a second order. The company is extremely dishonest. DO NOT ORDER.

It is a long read but please be aware it is a scam.

Firstly I thought this was great and wanted to try it but just kept putting it off, after hundreds of ads on every social media account I have I gave in and ordered form the offer (£34.94) it went to order complete to add an extra to your order(£28.99). I tried to contact them to say I didn't want the add on to which I was replied we are already processing your order we can not change it. I waited an hour, thought about it and after some digging realised what a scam it was tried to make contact with them again and they said the same thing we can change the order it is already in the shipping process. I wanted to chance it at this point. Couldn't do anything on my bank till it moved out of the pending transactions. I eventually got the order shipped email. Waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. Contacted them again tland told them I wasn't happy and want a refund them magically I got tracking information. It was coming from China. At this point I am really pissed off both at myself for falling for the same and them for this fuckary. A whole month has posted and I got a notification from my bank then (£96.99) has declined the retainer the same as the order. Looked on my transactions and it isn't there. The next day the same notification. Contact my bank put a block on it. Wr will see what happened next. Please don't be a fool and fall for this scam crap. As for the product that came is it sugar with citrus acid. Was of time and money.

I tried to order 1 pack of the Alva slim packets for water and it add three things to my cart and charged me for it all. I emailed the company and nobody got back to me. A month later I am charged again for another package from Alva slim when I did not place one. Do not order from this company it’s a scam.

They have taken $44.94 randomly from my account twice now I've emailed and not received any contact back i do not like the product it DOES NOT WORK..!! I wish it had a place for -negative stars rating because that's what it deserves!!
