Terrible experience. More than half of my $360 order was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no meaningful support or communication from the Alura team. Ultimately, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback for the missing items.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and tried to return 2. Absolutely no response to any communication attempts by email, instagram or through their website. Horrible customer servoce

The shorts look very obvious that your trying to show off your but. Outfit came within a few days which was nice however on trying to return you are forced to pay $15 for return label you have to still buy a bag to return them in and honestly if I went to the post office it would have been $5 or less. Overall not impressed and especially not impressed with the return process

I Ordered $750.00 worth of clothing from this company. Only received 4 of the 12 items I ordered, I am missing $450.00 of clothing. I Have been in contact with the company through E-mail, they keep asking me to send the same information over and over again with no resolution to the issue. It has been two weeks of back and forth with the customer service team. The service is extremely sub par, I am assuming I will have to go through my bank for fraudulent charges, I can only assume I will not be receiving my items looking at the rest of these reviews.
Do not order from this company if you want to receive your moneys worth of items you ordered.

Order NOT received!

I have ordered a top and leggings. It’s been almost 3 months! I have yet to receive my order. Poor costumer service as well, they do not respond to emails.

I ordered an activewear top and followed their sizing recommendation. They suggested a size small, but I ordered a medium because I never wear a small top. When it arrived, even the medium was too tight.

I’ve contacted the company by email to ask how to return the product, but I haven’t received a response. I also sent them a message on Instagram, and still no reply. It’s frustrating that their sizing chart recommended a small when the medium doesn’t even fit. Very poor customer service.

My order of the capitvate top has not been received. I have sent multiple emails to Alura Fit’s email address. I have tried to use their chat function which doesn’t work.

I received a notification indicating my order was delivered to an address in a different city from the one I live in.

After multiple emails I have yet to receive a reply from this company.

I highly recommend not ordering from this company if you wish to receive your items or even a role.

Very disappointment. I follow an influencer that promotes this product and I plan to send her a message as well.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating and exhausting.

I waited weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally came, some of the items sent were incorrect. I initiated a return immediately and shipped the items back the next day using the prepaid USPS return label provided through Alura’s return system.

USPS confirmed the package was accepted and delivered to their warehouse. I returned multiple items together in one package, including several thicker leggings and shorts.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails, Alura claimed they only received one pair of leggings inside the package. They refunded only part of the return, charged a restocking fee, and refused to refund the remaining balance to the original payment method, offering store credit instead.

From the customer side, there is no way to verify what happens after a package is delivered to their warehouse, yet the customer is expected to absorb the loss if there is an alleged warehouse discrepancy.

The most disappointing part was the amount of time spent trying to resolve this professionally through customer service with no meaningful resolution.
