SCAM, DO NOT USE. I had to cancel a ticket after purchasing with AltosTravel. I went through the cancellation process with the airline and they successfully cancelled it, saying that the travel agency I booked with would resolve the refund. Altos never gave me any refund or travel credit. Useless customer support and unwilling to help.

I contacted Sandra regarding a 6 month stay in Costa Rica. She advised me she was going away gmfie for 3 weeks & would contact me when she was back.
A month later, I had to contact her, and have been communicating via email. ( I work off grid and no cell service, but have Star Link) She asked me to phone her and once I explained my situation I asked her to email ne the info.
She has ignored me, even after I sent her 2 more emails.

Very unprofessional!!

*update* She has now said she will be contacting her lawyer.

I purchase hundreds of tickets every year for teams of individuals going on mission - and just recently was introduced to ALTOSTRAVEL. I have just recently purchased tickets for 3 teams - and I saved thousands of dollars. The service was great as Daizy Scott cared for my requests from beginning to end.
