Altogether Travel Arvostelua 

The staff at altogether travel are friendly, kind and helpful but I personally felt sometimes they struggled to answer my questions and they are way too expensive considering other competitive disabled holiday companies.

Staff from Altogether Travel recently accompanied my elderly father on a train journey from the south of England to Scotland, and returning a week later. Excellent service and high level of care from both staff members.

i was a little trepidations before the break the year before last to meet my family, especially my pre-school grandson - only natural given it was my first time away since I became wheelchair bound. But I needn't have worried. Everything turned out as well, or better than expected. My carer was always there for me but never intrusive. I missed my break this year for reasons unconnected with Altogether, but I fully intend to have a holiday under their auspices next year, but I'm still pondering where to go.My advice - go with Altogether. THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Steven and All Together Travel for making this adventure for Evan become a reality.
Steven was an absolute GEM! Always motivated, kind, considerate and patient towards my son, Evan (who has autism with an intellectual disability).
Steven did a great job of liaising with our family and organising time with them for Evan, the family all commented on how well Steven understood Evan and interacted with him. Steven supported Evan with train travel, checking in and out of hotels, finding great food, managing finances, mobile phone issues, helping him pack his suitcase, the list is endless.
Most of all Steven managed to understand Evan very quickly, getting to know his likes and dislikes and planning activities that Evan would enjoy.
Steven also gave me daily updates (in Australia) on how things were going and what Evan had been up to that day, plus sent me photos. It was so comforting for me to know that Evan was safe plus having FUN.
When the holiday came to an end Steven ensured Evan had his travel documents in order plus he accompanied Evan to Heathrow airport and organised ‘Meet & Assist’ with Qantas for his homeward bound journey.
Again, Steven is a GEM!

Great experience every time we use them. A great way to judge a company is how they react when things don’t go to plan, in our case the accommodation for the trip turned out not to be as advertised and not suitable for our son. Altogether Travel arranged an alternative on the spot, sorted out the refund and the weekend trip was a success and most importantly during the process neither us nor our son were in the least bit stressed.

Fantastic company , giving people who otherwise would never have a holiday the chance to go places without limits

Have used Altogether Travel on a good many occasions since shortly after it started, I have nothing but praise for them. The organisation is polite, very knowledgeable, enquiring, empathetic and very efficient. The hands-on carers are exceedingly helpful to all involved, have good relevant training and skills and in our experience go to great lengths to ensure their “patients/clients” receive ideal care and ensure family carer has respite. Truly a great team!
