Altogether Dental Arvostelua 

EDIT 2: I orginally copied and pasted the email from the website to make certain there was no typo. I just did the same from my email. It was sent to help@altogetherdental followed by .com. This website does not allow email addresses in reviews. The subject is: "Why did you just bill me again?" That same thread has 4 emails across 3 days.
EDIT: Changing from 1 star to 3. I had received the copy of the cancellation request on March 12th via email. I then got charged again on April 12th. I left 3 emails asking why it wasn't canceled and still charging me with no response to any of those. I finally got in touch with someone via chat that finally got it cancelled. They did refund the charges. If you decide to cancel, I would suggest only using chat as they don't answer emails and the cancellation form you fill out via the website does not work, at least not for me.

I implore you to read this before signing up. They are yet another company that will not let you cancel. I have attempted to cancel multiple times, and they continue to bill me. DO NOT DO IT!!

They are so helpful and go above and beyond, I have had nothing but positive experiences when communicating with them. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This is a scam. Their concierge booking service did nothing and no dentist office in my area recognizes this service. They did text me two weeks after signing up, only to gaslight me about what they provide.

I called Victor with several questions regarding the savings program. I was pleasantly surprised with his thoroughness and explanations of the program. After the conversation, I decided to sign my children up.

Fernanda was very helpful in ensuring I understood the program and offered any further assistance. Thank you

The customer service is outstanding! I’ve spoke with a rep on their chat service multiple times and they have been extremely at finding dentists in my area that accept the program and doing the research for me! Truly some of the best customer service I have encountered with a company!

I spoke to Human rep: Fernanda. She was more than helpful. She answered alllllllll of my questions, with kindness, professionalism and she had tons of patience. She didn't seem like she was in a hurry, and answered everything I asked. Now, I know that I can add a family member to dental plan, even after I submit subscription for myself. And, also that the monthly rate will NOT change. I can sign up whenever I choose to. Thanks girl! you rock!

This review is more specifically aimed at the customer service Altogether provides, and even more specifically to their customer service specialist Fernanda. I have never experienced customer service in chat format that left me anything short of wanting to rip my hair out. Fernanda answered all of my questions in an easy to understand, friendly and honest manner. I have not utilized the service yet so I cannot yet speak to the efficacy of the discounts but the customer service impressed me so much i had to leave a review which is something i generally wouldn't do honestly (in fact this is the first review i have ever felt compelled to leave on this site).

I learned about Altogether Dental from a friend who liked it and decided to give it a try. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while and wanted a check-up. I got an exam, x-rays, a cleaning and also needed a filling. The discount I received was nearly 50% - over $200 - which is outstanding considering the low cost to become a member. Overall Altogether Dental delivered great value!

Do your research before buying a plan!

Before buying an Altogether Dental Individual Plan, I called all 8 dentists listed on the website in my area and ALL except one said they do NOT accept dental discount plans -- in fact, one dentist told me they've asked several times to be removed from the dental discount plan lists and these websites do not comply.

Anyway, I made an appointment with the one dentist office that said they accept this plan (since it is in the Aetna network) and it would be noted in my file that I have a dental discount plan and not insurance. Much to my disappointment, after my appointment I was informed that the office does NOT accept this plan (or dental discount plans in general) and I was billed full price for the visit. I found it disappointing because I was reassured by Altogether Dental customer service that the dental office will call Altogether Dental at the time of the appointment to verify my membership status and verify discount details. This did not happen.

The treatment plan that I need will be an additional $500 which was why I originally sought out Altogether Dental in the first place to help reduce that cost. BUT since not a single dentist in my area accepts this plan, and I will be paying out of pocket for my treatment anyway, it was a very disappointing experience.

I am giving 3 stars because while this plan did not work for me, the customer service is very helpful and reassuring (albeit misinformed about the willingness and helpfulness of dental offices to actually work with this plan and this company...). I also think that if you find a dentist in your area that accepts this plan and will confirm that fact before it comes time for payment, it would 100% be well worth the subscription fee and service.

In short, do your research with dentists in your area before using this service, even if the dentists are listed on the Altogether Dental website. Chances are there will only be one or two who are aware of and accept this plan.

So far so good! Paloma was an excellent support member via the live chat on their site. I just signed up for the family plan, which is really affordable, especially if you pay the yearly price. She also went the extra mile to help me figure out if my former dentist was connected to Altogether (it wasn't), and which provider closest to me accepts their plan.

Knowing how complicated and non-transparent the American insurance system is, I am excited to have an alternative way of getting my dental work done. My daughter has her appointment next week, fingers crossed that the service lives up to its promise!

It started off Rocky with a male name frank who was had rude but then I meet this amazing lady name Victoria she was awesome she explained everything to me so I could understand she was very kind and did more than beyond her job I'm so thankful for her. I have an appointment Friday they are very helpful on helping me schedule a appointment they called the dentist first to see if they accept their plan before they schedule me now I just got to see if the discounts will be applied I’ll keep you guys posted but so far 10/10

Pricing, options offered, customer service.

I unrolled last September first in request an appointment but no body help me, and I waited mordant ten days, in the form SAYS Only 48 hrs, very bad service.

Needed an emergency tooth extraction, found this website, subscribed to it so I could afford to get the procedure. Called the office I selected from the website to find out they do not accept the discount because it is not insurance. Would not recommend

I must say Alltogether is literally better then having insurance. I had insurance but canceled altogether fee schedule is better priced then insurance and depends on area you live the prices are top. No need for loans or anything like that I love it
