Great customer service.

All the sizes are completely wrong! I ordered a 40 and a 39 : the 40 is way too big and I couldn’t even fit in the 39 ! What am I supposed to do ?! Ridiculous

Order never arrived. Tracking just stopped and has remained stationary for days and days now

Hooded maxi dress was cheap, came in multiple flimsy pieces that don’t look at all like the picture

N'allez pas sur ce site. Ils achètent des produits sur Aliexpress et les revendent plus chers ! C'est n'importe quoi en plus vous risquez de ne pas recevoir votre commande j'ai vu la commande que je voulais sur Aliexpress deux fois moins cher avec exactement les mêmes photos volées

The zippers didnt work properly and I had to change them, some of the dresses were too short even if I followed the size guides and some parts of the dress are too delicate to tie the laces (even if that's what they're made for). I also added some lace on the breast of one dress because it was too low-cut for me, but it was just my choice!
Nonetheless I loved everything, the materials are good and the shipment was also great!

Everything is super cute but the fabric on the dress is kind of weird and the stitching looks very cheap it almost looks like it certain parts of the dress are inside out ? , but everything else in my order was perfect.

Order came in nicely packaged, the skirt fit just ok! really happy with it :)

I gave my daughter these boots for Christmas after LOTS of begging. It is January 14th and already two of the "buckles" have come off. One even accidentally sliced one of her friends at school. One came off the first day she was wearing them. I'm so sadly disappointed.

Beautiful product and I was able to track the delivery all the way from China.

It took a long while to receive my shipment due to my packages being lost and replaced but the customer service for alterbabe was really helpful and tried to track it down for me and then sent me a whole new shipment free of charge. The clothes are exactly what i wanted and pretty good quality. I would order from here again despite the hassle.

The tops fit, but the bottoms didn’t so I reached out through email asking for possible exchanges or a return but haven’t gotten an answer back. I’ll look into another way to contact them but until then it sucks having some clothes I spent $200 on that don’t fit.

Although it did take awhile for my products to arrive, it's understandable. I emailed you on two separate occasions and received a quick response each time so thank you.. Also, I loved my shoes.

One of the clothes was ripped when it arrived, and the sizes are wayyyy smaller than I would have thought. I can’t wear the skirt or dress in public.

Pants fit perfectly and they’re super cute. The quality is really nice too :)

Products were extremely poor quality, measurements inaccurate (I used their size chart), and a couple things were not like the pictures even. These clothes were like Shein quality at best but priced much higher. I won’t keep any of them, will probably just trash them since they’re not worth donating. Trying to return is too expensive and too much of a hassle. I emailed their customer service asking if this was their standard and mentioning my product that was not as pictured. No response after almost two weeks. I imagine it is possible to get lucky and have a better experience than I did. But I will personally not shop with this company again.
