Glasses were cheap 3.5 readers. Didn't change in the sun. Weren't adaptive. Was promised a refund by Emily. When I followed up customer service repeatedly told me that they'd work if I continued wearing them. Couldnt use them even for reading because I only need 2.5 for reading. One arm broke off even though I hadn't been wearing them. Complete waste of money and terrible customer service. A scam

On December 27, 2025, I ordered VisionSync multifocal glasses from Alpine Wear.
After some time, I received the parcel from Alpine Wear in the form of an ordinary envelope. The glasses were delivered in this envelope. Luckily, there was no transport damage. However, the glasses were unsuitable for me because they were way too strong. I had a blurry vision. I’ve been using a multifocal glasses for the last 10 years so I know how to use them.
Therefore, within the advertised return period, I contacted Alpine Wear's customer support and requested a refund after sending the glasses back. After exchanging several emails with support, during which I never received a return address, I received an offer for a partial refund (40%) without having to send the glasses back. This offer was made on February 26, 2026 and I agreed to it. Five months have passed since then without any refund.
My message is that Alpine Wear is not a trustworthy company at all. Once they sell their cheap Chinese products to you, you're on your own. Don't believe their advertisements. The reality is different. Customer support either answers emails or doesn't, as it wishes. They have zero responsibility.
I will be glad when companies like Alpine Wear, which destroy trust in online trade, disappear from the market.

Run, run, and run away from them keep your money. My experience with this company is a total disaster. They've taken my money and promised me money back guarantee if im not satisfied and even though they sent me several delivery dates im still waiting for them to send my glasses. My experience and conclusion is that they are a scam company. Please don't send them your hard earned money. If you're treated in the way that I've been treated they will take your money and tell you all manner of lies then they will lose some of your information and tell you that some vital information is missing. After all of that they will cease communication with you. All of the things that I've experience with them is that they a cheating scam company.

FaIse advertisemnt for mutivision eyeglasses. They don't work. I paid $35.70. You could pay $1.25 at the Dollar store for the same quality eye glasses.
I asked their customer service agent for a refund. They wanted to resolve my problen by having me buy another pair for 10% off. Not giving them another dime. I filled out their refund form. Back and forth conversation for 4 months and never got the refund.

This company is big scammers. You don't receive what you orger and they don't refund any money. I hope this company burns down to the ground. THIEVES AT THEIR BEST.

I too wish I'd checked Trustpilot before purchasing from this scam business. Their glasses are total rubbish. I sent them a photo of the glasses I received (one lense had popped out, they didn't work as advertised, were very flimsy, plastic crap, and were posted to Australia in the flimsiest packaging you can buy!), and was advised to through them away and they would send a replacement, which I refused as it doesn't matter how many pairs of rubbish they send, they will always be rubbish. Their customer service emails come across as friendly and desperate to help you, but it's all lies, they have no intention of solving any issues. Their website doesn't exist any more, they are hiding in social media, ready to pounce! I've been trying to get a refund since mid-Feb 2026.

I ordered the glasses, as advertised, and would urge anyone not to purchase from this company ! They tried to tell me to use the glasses for a few weeks, so that my eyes would “get used to them “ . The glasses are so inferior that I wouldn’t even offer them to a Charity, for people that can’t afford glasses! They have not sent a return label and I have been waiting since January! Please advise buyers NOT to purchase from Alpine Wear !

The glasses they supplied did not work as advertised.
I asked for a refund.
The whole thing is a scam, as all there contact did not exist.

If I could give them a zero I would! I should have checked and realized this is one of those Chinese companies that are unethical and their products are a scam. I ordered my glasses in November and never received them. After going back and forth with their AI customer service and threats to complain to my state’s attorney office and rip them on every possible review site I received my cheap glasses in April! Dollar Tree glasses are of better quality than Alpine.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! Lesson learned!

in december of 2025 ordered readingglasses wich would level themselfs. it is not what was told in advertising. tried to return it to alpinewear , but until now no sattisfying sollution. by asking an returnadress there is givin none. the proposals for solving the problem not accepteble. email after email send and at last no reaction anymore from costumerservice. i am sorry but can not be positive about ordered article and service. the support is terrible and also is the ordered article. there is just one thing i can say : hands off !! of this site and the socalled selfleveling glasses.

eyewear does not do what it advertised as doing. customrt service is a joke "promises to help are lies" Do not bother.

I ordered my product back at begining of February & still have not received I've been going back & forth with them to get a refund yet they refuse. This by far is one of the worst companies I've dealt with that they do nothing but scam you out of your money. Whatever you do don't order from them ever & warn everyone else what a scam outfit this is!

Completely and utterly useless. Terrible quality, extremely narrow sweetspot and only really useable with one eye closed as it's impossible to see through both lenses sweetspot at the same time - unless you have eyes on the sides of your head!
Customer service is atrocious - when I wrote and asked for a refund I was offered "compensation" of £3!!!

THIS IS A SCAMMY WEBSITE. Try to get your refund by filing a report with your credit card company. I purchased three pieces of junk eyewear that do not do as advertised. They do not autofocus, they do not change color. I tried getting a response from them to no avail so I filed a report with my credit card company and they investigated and gave me a FULL CREDIT REFUND. I still have the merchandise and waiting for Alpine to respond so I can return the products at THEIR cost. Claim your loss thru your credit card system because Alpine will continue to gaslight you with automated responses and will not resolve the issue.

Same as other comments. Cheap Poundland glasses that can’t even be used as reading glasses. Then they won’t refund you.

Total SCAM glasses delivered are cheap plastic clip togethers with no adaptive tech. Totally useless SCAM which should be taken off the platforms its advertised on.

I was SCAMMED period. When something is just too good to be true, believe it is indeed too good to be true. Unfortunately I have joined the victim stats for this shit house online company.
