Alpine Gold is a great company. I switched some of my IRA to precious metals from the traditional IRA. They explained and helped me in a timely fashion. My questions are answered immediately. Also when my debit card from hometown bank was compromised I called my agent to make sure everything was good on my account at Alpine and UPMA. Everything was fine and they assured me they have a great fraud department. They utilize KYC (know your customer) very well. Can't go wrong with this company. I am pleased I have been with this company for approximately 2 years now.
