Alphalete Arvostelua 

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten my order. I haven’t had any response from customer service. The only reason I ordered from alphalete was because I’d seen lots of influencers hype it up but if I had realised what a scam it is I wouldn’t have bothered. 60€ down the toilet .

Edit: after a while I got a response and got a refund as the package was lost. So at least I got my money back, and they were helpful in the end but I won’t bother ordering again

I purchased some some amplify leggings in June for £54. I’ve worn them around 6 times and already the scrunch has ripped leaving holes over the bum. For £54 you would expect way better quality than that. Complete waste of money.

I ordered the amplify leggings. As soon as I put it on and took a seat, the scrunch part ripped. Horrible quality and stitching. WASTE OF MONEY. I submitted a request for return/refund. Hoping I hear back. I’m so sad because this was my first order. I will not be ordering alphalete anymore. Definitely my first and last time.

A week of waiting for a response from customer service. All shirts size different and then expect you yo pay shipping to return a shirt. If an XL fit, you would expect all XL to fit, but no every single shirt has a different fitting, take your chance chance pay $15 just to try the shirt on.

I love Alphalete… the quality is second to none… half my wardrobe is Alphalete.. it’s quite pricey but you get what you pay for.

My only complaint is the crazy shipping fees and then customs on top to Ireland…

Just got my new "pulse" order. The worst clothes I've ever received. They have lose threads all over, major camel toe and are not true to their claims at all. You can't even move an inch in the shorts and they roll all the way up. Don't recommend it.

Horrible product and customer service. I had a pair of shorts rip the first time I wore them and have been trying to receive a refund from them for over 2 months. I sent the shorts back and am currently going back and forth with them and my cc company to figure out a solution. I will never purchase from them again.

DONT DO IT. I seriously bought 2 things - 1 shorts and 1legging. The first time wearing the shorts I pulled them up (they are the right size) and the entire scrunch butt ripped. I had to leave the gym it was so awkward, a huge hole in the middle of my butt. :)) thanks alphalete! $80 for just the shorts down the drain.

The leggings I wore once and noticed a small thread, a day later the thread had become a massive hole.. I did nothing but my normal workout.

They suckkkkkkk, I’m going to see if they’ll help me out and send me a new pair? But based of the other reviews I’m not sure.

Really love the clothes but waiting over 3 weeks per response from customer service and being told to claim on my credit card company when asking for a refund. Not good enough

Wore my leggings once and they ripped in the crotch area. The sports bra also has terrible support! I can’t believe they get away with charging such high prices for a crappy product. I didn’t even bother trying to return based on the reviews but will never ever shop with them again.

Waiting over a month on my order. Payment is done but no clothes has arrived. Have ordered earlier and that has been deliverd fast, but this time.....

i love alphalete. Its perfect for girls with a curvy body its the one brand all leggins look flattering on me. price is good quality is good and shipping is so fast even to switzerland i receive the mail in 3 days sometimes even faster. I LOVE IT

First time buying Alphalete. Tried on my Amplify leggings for the first time and they ripped instantly. Such a waste of money I didn’t even get to wear them. I’ve heard such good things so I’m super disappointed and worried that I won’t get my money back or a replacement.

Takes weeks for them to ship and the customer support is just horrendous. Do not order from this company. Waste of money and time.

Horrible!!! Wasted $160 on leggings and all of them ripped wearing them one time.

Absolute horrific quality. I ordered 4 pairs of amplify leggings and they have all ripped in the same spot! The ass area. One ripped in the gym, how embarrassing!! Horrible, horrible quality. I’m not the only one that has said this. Fix your quality!!!

Honestly super annoyed with this company. Took a month just to send my order out from the facility which included items that were listed as “in stock” just for them to send me one pair of shorts out of my $156 order and later refund me the rest. Horrible communication. They were too busy with their new release they neglected their customers.

I ordered 3 pairs of amplify leggings & 1 amplify sports bra totaling around 300$
On receipt I tried on all, and was happy with the leggings, but the sports bra was beyond uncomplimentary on me. Requested a return for the bra and shipped it back. Received an email from their subpar customer service stating they refused my return because they found a makeup smudge on the bra. What? I may have indeed done so trying this on, but to tell me as a 1st time customer who spent 300$ I’m stuck w a product I don’t like & can’t use??
Then to add insult to injury 1 pair of the leggings (June 5th launch- today is June 27) that I’ve worn 3 xs, blew out in the butt at the gym during leg day yesterday.
These are subpar over hyped active wear pieces. If you are going to spend this kind of $$ on active wear I highly suggest lululemon. Sturdy, quality products that they stand behind.
I’m out over $125 in an ugly bra & @ssless leggings. Ignore the hype & save your $$
7/17/21-update all 3 of the leggings have split in the exact same spot on the butt. 2 were returned for a refund & received an email Alphalete received them on 7/6/21 still no refund applied or response from customer service despite multiple messages on my side. Yesterday they “updated” the ticket but supplied no response. 3rd pair return attempt - use return portal at Alphalete click continue to receive shipping label & the button is broken. Tried to go to their very active social media page to ask for help. 100’s of comments from customers in the same boat as me. Faulty products, no refund, no response from customer service. I honestly feel like I got straight up robbed. $300 down the drain. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and am working with PayPal to get my money back.
This by far has been the worst purchasing experience of my life.

Their leggings and amplify shorts are so cute but the quality is so bad. Do not waste your money! I bought the amplify shorts in lightgrey and while I was doing my workout it ripped in the booty scrunch area! I am 5’5 and weigh 68kg. I’m just glad I had a baggy tshirt on to cover it on my way home. So disappointed. I tried to stitch it up but there is no refurbishing it. Their stitching is so flimsy too they looked loose after a few washes. 🥲🥲
