I’ve ordered a few items over the years from this company and at first i thought maybe it was a faulty item. However, all of my items have shown to rip after a few wears.
Also, be prepared to wait 2 months + for shipping. It’s ridiculous. Never buying from them again!

Easily the worst customer service. Made an order in December, they lost it but gave me no notification, after my third email they realized the package was lost. Placed another order with the same items, the first package shows up, and when my first package hadn’t shipped a month after ordering I sent an email asking to change the colours. They said I could, I responded immediately with my changes, and a week later I get a shipping confirmation with the original colours. No one has responded or helped at all. Still haven’t received my items and they told me to return them and exchange when they arrive... maybe I’ll see the stuff next January?

Terrible customer service, won't even reply to their emails. I emailed them, messaged them in the last 2 weeks and nothing. Do not support this company. Trying to cancel my order and its nearly impossible. Shipping can take up to 2 months to arrive after your purchase.

More than a month waiting for my order to be delivered, also customer support is the worst ever.. never ordering from that company again

Husband bought me 4 pairs of the alphalete leggings and I loved them! I received them as my Xmas gift. Looking online I found they are 72+ dollars. Save your money. I got them for Xmas so imagine end of December and by end of February all of them had rips at the seams. One of the pairs was the first day I got them. Their customer service offered a replacement for the 1 but didn’t care about the others. The options were 1) replacement same color and size 2) a gift card for half the price or 3) return the item and I pay for shipping. I was at the gym and AFTER my workout a stranger told me I had a rip in my pants. Embarrassed I left immediately since I didn’t know how long I have walked around the gym with a rip on my bum. All in all if you would like to wear these leggings 1-4 times max at a 72 dollar price tag... go for it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They actively ignore your tweets, dms, comments and email when there is an issue with your order. They would rather ignore you and save face on social media than actually treat you like a customer. You invest so much money into their very expensive products only to be treated like nothing. They take forever to ship and they don't ship CHRONOLOGICALLY, meaning you MAY not get all the items you purchased because they would have ran out of STOCK. Not a professional company WHAT SO EVER. They only care about marketing and sales, you are nothing as a customer to them.

Bought the men flat rose pants and it came with a hole in it! No response from them I keep emailing!!

And the automatic return thing is claiming “this item is non refundable”

Absolute scam! Stay away guys!

Anybody else suspicious that Alphalete ships directly from China? We made a couple of orders from alphalete before, our last order in November 2020, we live in Canada. And it took about 9 weeks. We made a lot of excuses for them, but we found another friend that said yeah it takes 8-12 weeks. Im comparing all companies based in USA or even the ones we are ordering from UK and other American companies they are also dealing with the covid situation. The fact that we can even make orders from Asia and it arrives faster than from "Houston Texas" makes me suspicious of a couple of things, 1. They choose not to hire enough warehouse dispatchers to help handle our product, 2. they too scared to lose money so only have a certain amount of inventory in their warehouse, once it is out of stock (,on their end) they quickly reorder from China to ship to their houston warehouse and THEN ship to us. That seems like the only thing that makes sense. It specifically just with this company where every time seems like the wrong time.. so when is it a good time to order then to get regular speed shipping from 'Houston texas' to Canada.. idk.. it's weird. Made an order Feb 6th, today is feb 25 and it hasn't left the warehouse for shipment yet. So everyone can kinda see the pattern. For international buyers if you are okay with waiting 2-3 months then it won't be a problem. Always use PayPal to buy from these kinds of companies. Sorry but every clothing company is dealing with covid and those ones are even busier and more popular than you.. so... yeah.. and im not basing this on the storm even though I order forever ago way before the storm hit. Even last year was an issue. Stop ordering stuff from China and sending it to your warehouse and than sending it to us, stock up on your inventory, I rather see the sold out sign then to wait 3 months.

I don't work for them nor am I getting paid to write this review. People need to realize that Alphalete is located in Houston Tx. Immediately after their birthday sale, the power grid collapsed and people were without power, food, jobs and heat for a week, more in some cases. Pile that on top of the fact that the birthday sale was already a huge logistical challenge and boom - you get backups and a lack of communication. It sucks but things happen and when you're not in the thick of it, it's easy to forget. My birthday sale purchase JUST shipped nearly a month after I ordered, and according to tracking, it looks like they overnighted it to me using a private courier. I didn't pay for express shipping, so I think this is amazing of them, especially considering how the the USPS is probably in the midst of a logistical nightmare. To people still waiting, I urge you to be patient. You will get your order ❤️

3 weeks and counting, no updates, no communication whatsoever, we know that they got hit bad by the storm but as a company they should atleast be prepared to update the customers on whats goin on.

It’s been three weeks... not even shipped . NEVER buying from them again.

I understand they had a bad storm recently but if a company is properly prepared these orders had 10 days to ship before this even happened. Lack of preparation for big launches and events are just what's making people really upset. No communication whatsoever on what's going on. I told myself after a Black Friday in 2019 that I would never buy again and here I am... I've never experienced this with any other company

I returned my order 3 weeks ago for refund I still don't have any news

Bad website and scammers. They charge my twice and dont want to refund me. No i am in paypal dispute. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER !!

My girlfriend ordered me some clothes from Alphalete for my birthday and I loved them so I decided to buy some more. I have now been waiting three weeks to hear from the company with no tracking information (despite their 3-4 business day processing). Not only that, but their customer service doesn’t get back to you. To be honest, the products are way overpriced, might as well buy lulu lemon for the same or less price. Additionally, on top of the inconvenience I would not recommend this company to anyone. However, if you do want to wait an indefinite undisclosed amount of time, with no communication from the company, to get some gym wear their clothes are nice quality.

not only am i still waiting on a refund one my first order that i placed. I also have a second order that i placed over 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been shipped out. Costumer service is very slow and they of coarse don't have a number you can call to get in touch with them. Wont be ordering again from them.

Delivery was rly fast and tracked - maybe they've changed who they're delivering with?? Who knows but its shame to hear so many people have had problems hopefully that gets fixed soon. Quality is great, rly thick leggings and nice amount of compression and shaping to them. I'm from the UK and was worried about Brexit charges/customs fees but nothing has come through so I guess I'm clear. Overall no problems for me - I was worried after I read all the poor reviews but I am genuinely impressed with the company, delivery and the quality of the products.

If you are going to buy during one of their sale, dont. Unless you know your exact size for them. You can't return or exchange if the size you ordered doesnt fit. So you have to wait to pay full price if you want to try some. Awful customer service.

I’m surprised to read all the bad reviews in here when I know so many people that love Alphalete. They have really high quality workout gear and I love their leggings specially the amplify and revival. Their joggers I love as well. Shipping takes longer because of COVID but also because when they are getting so many order on days when they have a sale, it’s going to take longer to fulfill everyone’s order and it also goes by business days. When I contacted customer service they got back to me in one day and changed a size on my order because I ordered the wrong size. Anyways, idk I love alphalete and would recommend to others. I have only bought from them in their sale days.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy any product from here. Shipping took forever and when I sent back to return because I couldn’t even put them on they denied the return and said they were going to send them back after taking over a month from receiving them to tell me that. Horrible customer service and clothes don’t fit well at all.
