scam company. they tried to force me to pay $150 for a blood test. are these people not aware that we have Medicare here in Australia and blood tests are covered on Medicare. money grabbers who have no clue how to provide care to suffering people.

I have recovered well from my injury with the help of my Physiotherapist at AEP. It was of great help. But tiday I was late fir my appointment - I called to reschedule this appointment as I need this appointment. But they charged my $60 s a late fee. I do understand that this is on place for a reason. But this is my first time and they are not flexible. I needed this appointment but now I do not want to use AEP for any reason. There may be things set in place, but one need to use your judgement and apply flexibility as needed. Thank you for helping so far. All the best for your progress.

Never received credentials from passing evaluation phase 3 months ago. Never heard from customer support about migration issues. This sucks!

If I could give 0 stars... i woud begin with a decimal..... I purchased 3 accounts at once. 2 $100k accounts and 1 $50k account. I never received my credentials and this was in late March 2024. I sent an email to the support group 3 times... and I have raised multiple support tickets in their discord group. I have screenshots if interested. At any rate... I have requested a refund and have heard NOTHING. I believe they are definitely fraudulent and a scam. I have sense partnered with a different prop firm and I and funded and received a payout over $2200.00 So I am not really that concerned about "ScamAlphaEdge" But I don't want to see anyone else get scammed. Happy trading.. Leave companies like Alpha Edge alone.. They are a rip off

This so trash and scam Is been 2 month still have not gotten my account. I been using prop firm for while now hands down the worse one ever stay away from this

A lot went wrong, AlphaEdge Pro intentionally hyped up it's advertising to get many people knowing that they won't be working with meta trader in the past couple of months. First their mobile version didn't work which I passed phase 1 and then on phase two on my PC they took away my account, which is a $300,000 account. I did not break any rules and they haven't responded to my ticket since April 24th, today is May 6th. I am willing to go to a different platform, but there is so much neglect, no emails letting us know what's going on or any updates. Notice how they take away the ability to contact them. Scam

Shocking!!!! Cannot believe companies like this can get away with scamming people and not be held to account! Since my last review I’ve had no reply not once have they reached to rectify and now have closed my challenge account and no i did not break any rules. I’m still going to chase this refund as i will not let them get away with it and more importantly let them scam someone else. New traders be aware do your research it’s a must!!!!

Unfortunately this company is done,everyone who decided to give it a try got burnt. I knew it was a mess after I passed both phases of a 100k and asked for the next steps as I was never given an account number and the moderator told me that it wasn’t possible that they didn’t give me an account number and on top of that they had given me credentials for mt4 but they were using mt5 i never received any credentials after waiting over a week almost 2 weeks I finally had enough and asked for a refund after being told the company will reopen in about 2 to 3 weeks, it’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund. People like this company are the reason why so many traders are switching to futures these people had absolutely no idea what they were doing and should have never been in the prop firm business the most awful experience I’ve ever had and communication is zero they ignore every customer. Discord is shut down and these people should be reported for fraud because that is exactly what this is, an elaborate ponzi scam and their website is still up showing fake trust pilot reviews and accepting money knowing that it’s a scam, they won’t refund you they took the money and ran sadly but anyway avoid this scam I’ve already reported them to instagram also.

Wenn man die Bewertungen auf neueste sortiert, dann sieht man viele die 1:1 von verschiedenen Personen geschrieben wurden. Lässt eher darauf schließen dass die gekauft wurden? Bringt eher das Gefühl, dass die 1Sterne recht haben.
Wäre ja dennoch angetan, aber 80€ für die kleinste Challenge rauszuwerfende, tut dann doch weh

Had a feeling this firm was too good to be true - gave them the benefit of the doubt, assumed their extortionate HFT add on was so that traders weren’t restricted with the kind of rules HFT firms have so went ahead & bought.

1. Receiving credentials for my phase 2 took a day & a half after being told I could essentially pass both phases & be funded same day. I’m yet to receive my funded account, 4 days after 1st purchasing.

3. Their discord customer service is pathetic, end of…say something they don’t like, you get blocked & messages get deleted.

4. I bought under the impression I could trade through MT5 on my phone, unfortunately there are some broker issues meaning I can’t. Fair enough.

What I have issue with is that the solution is ‘trade on a desktop’ - I don’t use or own a desktop so unless the firm is planning on purchasing that for me, I’d keep their useless suggestions to themselves!

I’ve requested a refund as what I thought I was purchasing isn’t that anymore & was refused this because I can still trade on a desktop…as mentioned above, I can in fact not do that.

I was told I could continue on MT5 then in the chat it’s that we’re going to be migrated over to a different platform?

Bottom line is, don’t sign up 🤷🏽‍♀️

Scamed me big time everyone stay away. Told me mt5 is working and then later when I passed my challenge they say oh we r shifting to something else and never gave my credentials. If anybody wants to get Scamed then u r welcome.

Ok first of all this is not meant because i hate this company or some kinda revenge. This is just pure my experience. It began pretty well, i bought a 100k challange got my credentials few hours later and passed my phase 1 in 3/4 days i think. When i passed phase 1 i send a message to the admin that i passed and when i receive my credentials for phase 2? Response was: "your info is with the team you, receive it today.'' Ok few hours later still didnt receive anything and saw in the talk chat that other people got the same issue, and everytime the same answer: "your info is forwarded to the team.'' Not only me but more people became concerned not only about this issue, but also other things like: problems with the dashoard, broker couldnt be found on mt5, people had problems with payment, new clients couldt be accepted and many more issues... Then the admin said that mt5 isnt working anymore and they maybe were going to switch to another platform. Keep in mind i still haven't received my phase 2 credentials. More people were getting worried and me and 2 or 3 other people were discussing this issue in the main chat, some asked for a refund. We all ended up being blocked from dscrd and all the messages got deleted. keep in mind that this all happened in not even a week. they dont respond to me anymore.

I know they are gonna see this review and make up a story which wont be true (i got evidence of everything msg me on ig samir_shb)

and again i dont mean any hate towards this company i really enjoyed it before this all happened and will delete this review if everything is sorted ( il keep you updated)

Bought an acct 6 hrs ago which they said I would get credentials within that time frame. Nothing but excuses when asked about the situation. More importantly now they muted me on discord and deleted mines an anothers comments calling them out. TRADERS BEWARE!!!! I will gladly take this down once I get my credentials or full refund!!! Until then yal are complete SCAM ARTISTS!

Reply to your reply: I broke no "conduct codes and damn sure didn't spam. I was asking legitimate questions and you deleted every question due to another member saying the same things to which you deleted their responses as well. All shady activities instead showing results. Also you did NOT promptly deliver anything but credentials that DO NOT WORK. The only thing yal did is PROMPTLY take my $$ and PROMPTLY reply to this post to save face. It's been nothing but excuse after excuse. And yet I still cannot log into anything.....I wonder why? I take losing my hard earned $$ VERY SERIOUS.

i purchased a 500k two phase from them , and they are sending me account but there is no dashbord to track your performance and charge me 1000$ , am contacting them but no response , please refund my money asap

I should have done my due diligence before buying a challenge but I was in a hurry to load up on as many Meta Trader accounts as I could before the US regulators shut them all down.
The account was cheap and the rules were easier than others. If it's too good to be true it's probably not true.
My first concern was after I passed the challenge and it took them about a week to get me the funded account. Usually it's 48 hours to get your funded account credentials. During that week I starting looking into them a little deeper and found lots of red flags on here and their website.
Everything seemed fine with the funded account and I decided to overlook the obviously fake Trustpilot reviews and fake payout certificates. I assume it was just some unethical marketing trying to get their name out as fast as possible.
The problems started when I tried to make my first withdrawal. I traded the account for the required 14 days and made a little over 6% ($6,131). Their website advertises a 16 hour average payout time so after 16 hours had passed and they still hadn't sent me a contract or requested my banking info I started to get a little concerned. When I asked what the process entails I was told to be patient and their team was working on it. After 48 hours of being told to be patient it was very clear I was not going to paid what I was owed. On the third day I was told they could not find my account so they had no way to verify it. That is absolutely ridiculous, how can you not find an account that you sent me the server info and credentials to? I sent them the info they needed to verify it and was told it was not possible to do so.
They gave me two options, a refund or a new challenge account. I was not going to be fooled again so I took the refund and was very displeased with having wasted three weeks with this SCAM.
To compensate me they gave me a 10k challenge account.
I trade with prop firms for a living, 10%-15% is my typical monthly return so offering me a 10k account just rubbed salt in the wound.

The likely truth is they are probably running their firm like a Ponzi Scheme, using challenge fees to pay their traders and if a trader makes more than they're willing to pay they make up a silly reason not to pay them.

Also, I have not received the refund they offered me.

Traders beware, the scam firms are coming out of the woodwork.

On website they mentioned they have 4.8 trustpilot review but in reality it's 4.4
Why doing like this I just see 4.8 and going to buy evaluation.

This one sounds fishy lol. How can these reviews be the same wordings but from different people? Bots writing reviews now? Trustpilot you need to pick up on this and ban this trustpilot profile. This is a scam firm just waiting to take people’s money and run.

Edit: they flagged my review for harmful content but Trustpilot didn’t give in to their lies. Lol. I was in their discord and kept asking questions but they couldn’t give me a solid answer. So I called them out on it and they put me on time out for 7 days lol that’s when I knew that I had dodged a bullet. So should you. If it’s too good to be true, it most likely is.

Passed the challenge, they supposed to refund the money for the challenge, they never did. Made some profits, after 7 days you should be able to withdraw, they just keep coming up with excuses...Don't waste your time and money.
