I ordered liquid B12 methylcobalamin which I find is the best type as it's easy to take under the tongue for better absorption. Unfortunately Amazon messed up my order so it wasn't delivered, I contacted Alpha01 and explained the situation of no delivery. I was assured that the situation would be corrected and as soon as the next day a parcel arrived with a bottle of B12. All I can say is great staff, great service and great product many thanks.
