When I called I did not know what to say or even to start with. Overwhelmed, and yet Marcus was kind enough to listen to me. He answered every questions and assured me that I will be getting the help I need. Hallelujah!

Alperstein & Associates did not help me…

Alperstein & Associates did not help me at all. They negotiated payments and their fees are high. 23 to 29% of the balance. I enrolled 8 creditors, three of the "negotiated" creditors I owed more due to the company fees. I asked for 3 months to get a status of my account. They ran me back and forth between them and Global Holdings (the company that handles the money). I finally cancelled my account and will negotiate with my creditors directly. Horrible company.
