I have bought a plan 4G for UAE & OMAN. Unfortunately the eSim works only in UAE, but does NOT work in Oman! It connects on Oman Mobile, it shows me 4G, but internet does not work! See screenshot. I had to buy a different eSim for Oman and it works. The issue costs me a lot of time and I had to pay for a new Sim.
 I have contacted customer support per email on 30.01.2026 and again on 02.02.2026. No response!! This is not acceptable.

It was a Lovely Nice experience with Alodata.

My colleagues had cuts though they were using Saudien nets.

Everything is okay and easy to use.
The prices and service are good.
The only thing I didn’t like is that I can’t see how much I have used from the bundle.

I signed up with this company a few days ago. It was all normal until I had an issue. Contacted their customer service, and by far the worst experience a person can face.
I for know how people left 5 star reviews however if I had a chance I will give them NEGATIVE 10 stars.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WIYH THRM.
TOTAL SCAM !!!

Very spotty service at best. I’ve tried it once but never again. It failed me when I needed it most while traveling between 2 different countries. When I left a negative review in the past the company owner asks TrustPilot to verify point of sale for any negative review but keeps the fake good ones. shame on this platform!
Also, the owner of this company asks his followers on telegram and Facebook to leave “fake reviews”.

This is a terrible service it took multiple days to get it to work and it cut off multiple times as well… go somewhere else this is not a good place
