Sold something online and went to pick it up and was told they don’t sell them anymore. And to add insult to injury I still have not received my money back 4 days later !!!

I deal with Woolich branch daily. Can I please express that all the staff should be highly valued for their service. My deliveries with the moffatt fork lift driver leave been brilliant especially with the disabled access on the site. I believe because of this team your company will only grow in the years to follow. I got 10 years experience to deal roofer merchant and builder merchant and I can honestly say this is the best service.

All his colleagues were very friendly and approachable. They have a great choice of tiles. David even looked up an address for me where I could see a full roof with the tiles I was interested in!
