Na controle van uw bestelling willen we graag enkele feiten met u delen: uw bestelling is op 25 maart laat in de avond geplaatst. Uw pakket is de volgende werkdag, 26 maart, verzonden en reeds op 28 maart bij u afgeleverd. Dit betekent dat uw bestelling binnen 2 werkdagen bij u is aangekomen, wat binnen de verwachtingen van een expreslevering valt.

Ik was al wat huiverig door alle slechte reviews, helaas zijn deze terecht. Alhoewel de producten keurig op tijdstip dat aangegeven was zijn bezorgd zijn deze zo slecht verpakt dat ze beschadigd aankwamen (verpakking volledig opengescheurd, nog een wonder dat de bestelling nog volledig was). Toen ik vervolgens de producten wilde retourneren is dat zo goed als onmogelijk (deze optie is niet werkzaam via mijn account en op de e-mail wordt niet gereageerd). Mijn advies: bestel hier niet!

Slechtste klantenservice ooit – retour al meer dan een maand zoek
Ik heb nog nooit zo’n slechte klantenservice meegemaakt.
Mijn retourzending is meer dan een maand geleden verstuurd via het retourlabel van Alltricks. De koerier heeft het pakket verkeerd geleverd, maar in plaats van dit op te lossen, schuift Alltricks alle verantwoordelijkheid naar mij door.
Ik heb geen contract met de koerier – Alltricks wel. Toch weigeren ze hun verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en blijft mijn dossier eindeloos aanslepen.
Elke keer krijg ik hetzelfde standaardantwoord en wordt er niets opgelost. En wanneer je eindelijk een reactie krijgt, zeggen ze dat je moet bellen naar een Engelstalige klantendienst, terwijl ze actief verkopen in België en Nederland.
Het is onaanvaardbaar dat een bedrijf van deze grootte geen Nederlandstalige ondersteuning biedt en klanten laat opdraaien voor fouten van hun eigen vervoerder.
Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn terugbetaling.
Voor mij nooit meer Alltricks.

Order October 14 still no pants
On October 14, 2025, I ordered a pair of Endura Pro SL EGM Bibshorts in Black XL. After reporting them as lost and not received, I contacted PostNL several times, but still no resolution. It's driving me crazy. I paid for them, but they haven't arrived. I thought I'd get them for Christmas, but no. Still nothing. I wonder if I'll get them before my birthday on March 10th. Not much goodwill towards the customer.

Ik was een beetje huiverig na het lezen van de slechte reviews, maar ik ben positief verrast. Artikel was er erg snel, was het juiste artikel en de kwaliteit was prima.
Ik heb contact gehad met de klantenservice omdat bestellen in eerste instantie niet lukte via telefoon. Ik had het later alsnog via laptop besteld maar ze kwamen na het weekend zelf terug op de vraag die ik gemaild had en bevestigden dat de order goed was doorgekomen

The shoes ordered did not arrive. Thé carrier places them ar my door, they said. But nothing was there when I came home. After several mailings they said that thé carrier did nothing wrong. So no cashback, nog new shoes, nothing. Verry bad experience...

Op 29/11/2025 fietsschoenen van Northwave besteld ter waarde van 140,39 euro. Enkele dagen later annuleert Alltricks de bestelling omdat ze het niet kunnen leveren. Na 4 keer bellen nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gekregen. Telkens ik contact opneem beloven ze dat het geld binnen 72 uur terug op mijn rekening staat. Helaas!!! Bestel hier dus niets!!! Voor mij is dit pure oplichting.

Fiets besteld, mooi ingepakt geleverd, wel 2 dagen later dan eerst voorzien, maar dat was door drukte bij transportfirma, dus wij zijn zeer tevreden over Alltricks! Alles netjes afgehandeld

will cancel your orders and increase price on website
I ordered something that was supposed to be dispatched within a week. A week later, I receive an email saying the item is not in stock and my order will be cancelled. This is annoying in itself, because if I bought a different colour sooner, I would've had my shoes by now. But I wanted to order the exact same thing again and I see they expect a restock of my size, but ONLY that size is being sold at a higher price! So they cancel my order and hike up the price for exactly that size!
Edited: changed the review from 1 to 3 stars. I set an alert for when my size would get restocked to check if the price hike had gone through, but the price was lowered again to the original lower price once I got a confirmation my size was available. I reordered the shoes. So in the end no price hike, hence the edited review. I still think the lack of customer service warrants an avarage review at best, but if this new order goes through without a hitch I would be willing to give them 4 stars.
Edit2: received the shoes without a hitch. Changed review to 4 stars in the end. Would've been nicer if the customer didn't have to go through all this hassle, but the shoes are good and no price hike in the end. The only take home from here is: better manage your stocks and communicate with the customer!
