Very helpful employees and great clothing

Visited this store in Honolulu and was blown away by the service of the team member associates and I love the style. The old school jerseys and letterman jackets were so slick. We brought the negro leagues jersey, the blue and white Watson letterman coach and a few more items. The guy working in the shop was so cool, we visited again before we left and picked up some jeans and the Scarface shirt. They had clothing styles that hit across many different demographics and that’s why I loved it.

I shopped with you guys last weekend in Orlando Florida Mall, it was a great experience plenty to choose from, great deals and styles, and great customer service best i’ve ever had from any store to be honest!

The AllStarElite brand is the 1st brand I fell in love with through social medial (along with Watson ) . The clothing is authentic and is very good quality . I have been addicted to purchasing their clothing and cannot stop. I’ve have never wanted to send anything back. My orders always arrive fast , mostly in less than 5 days . I will continue u to purchase from them . I am currently looking for my next fit to flex!! 💪

Every time I go into a store the workers are very nice and help me if I have any questions. I’ve been to a few different stores in different states and they are all clean and well maintained. The selection of clothes is always fire, I don’t think I’ve seen any clothes that weren’t cool in some way. Definitely gonna shop here again and recommend them to my friends who can put on good fits.

I’ve been shopping from them for the last two months and they communicate effectively with me. The team will contact you back if there’s any problems with your order and I enjoy their product! I constantly get compliments with my outfits, especially with my Jorts. I will definitely be shopping with them again. They also have really good deals.

Updated from 1 star review to 4 stars. Shirt arrived on time, tracking finally updated, shirt is new with all tags, shirt as described. Would be 5 stars if they would communicate, still no response from them so luckily the shirt fit and is as described.

Seen a nice shirt online I had to have took one for the team and was scammed. They collected all of my information, got my card number etc. sent an order confirmation and tracking number. I sent them 3 emails they didn’t respond to anything over the course of a few days. All they did was spam my phone number and email with “deals”. If you have time to waste and money to waste go shop with them.

Do not work for this company, the owner threatens your job and position everyday of the week it’s like living in a lil bit of hell every day ….who wants to work for a place like that???
The payroll issues are another thing they do not pay you for hours worked due to their machinery malfunctions…ADP that is
They have excuses for everything and will let employees go just because they do not like you it’s the most Wild Wild West job I have had since I was a cold calling telemarketer back in the day where it was Wolf of Wall Street type of work but even then you still felt respected even if they got rid of you they were understanding to you…..this is not the job where you feel respected..valued…taken care of…listened to….no this company cares nothing of that it’s all about the money and the number on your back because it’s always a next number

I placed an exchange return and I have been completely ghosted after I sent the clothing back. I had to pay for the shipping on the return also. My Instagram messages are left on seen and it's really frustrating to see them post while ignoring my messages.

I have been trying to get in contact with this company after I sent back shoes for an exchange and I have received no update and no one is responding to my messages. Thats 100 dollars straight down the drain.

The customer service was horrible to begin with, rude passive workers for no reason they tell you no returns or refunds and it even says on the receipt but it also says “ exchanges only” i go in to exchange for a different size n they told me no? Ans then comes back with a piece of paper that says no exchanges and sticks it to the register in front of me . I genuinely thought i was being pranked.
They sell fake branded clothing out front but in the back have boxes within boxes with the brand name all over it. So what exactly are they bringing out front and over pricing?
The dressing room connected to the back room so i walked through the whole thing and saw it. Absolutely insane. The way that whole store gives off overpriced resellers is unacceptable. I went in for authentic clothes from the wastonluxe collection just to get some short and have all the beads fall off immediately but i cant fix it because they wont allow any help any exchange. They wont help with anything.
They really need to shut this place down and those brands need to find another business to work with.
Genuinely the worst company. Looks like ill be ordering from the brands direct website rather than go to this 3rd party scammer store

This company is definitely not a good place to work for the CEo berades and insults employees using profanity and threats. The clothes and shoes are overpriced and poor quality knock offs of other brands. Locations get shut down without any notice.

I would encourage folks not to shop at this store particularly the location at the outlet mall in Palm Beach, Florida. The way they treat customers is completely unacceptable.

My nephew purchased a couple of jackets from this store. If you’ve ever shopped there or heard of them, you know their merchandise is not cheap. Unfortunately, the jackets didn’t fit, so he returned the very next day with both jackets and his receipt. The employee at the counter refused to accept the return, yet could not provide a reason why. My nephew then asked to speak with a manager, only to be told there was no manager onsite. The employee texted the manager, who also denied the return without any explanation.

Unless an item is clearly marked as final sale in writing which is typically only for sale items why wouldn’t a customer be allowed to exchange unworn jackets for a larger size?

Frustrated, he went home and explained the situation to his dad. The two of them returned to the store, and his father challenged the decision, asking why his son was not allowed to exchange the jackets for a larger size. After the same employee contacted the manager again, they suddenly allowed the exchange.

If you’re running a business that sells expensive merchandise, your employees and customer service should be held to a much higher standard. Because of this experience, neither I nor anyone in our family will ever step foot in this store again.

Spend your money elsewhere.

This company is pretty much a scam. After looking at all the other bad reviews, it’s amazing they haven’t been shut down. They sneakily charged me for two of the same jersey I ordered. I immediately emailed them to let them know to only send me one jersey and reimburse the second, followed up multiple times, and never got a response. Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered.

I was falsely advertised to and then denied a refund. It is impossible to get in to contact with them cause they ignore all messages. Very unprofessional people and all just money hungry.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I was scammed out of $300. I attempted to cancel my order within minutes, reached out right away, and was completely ignored. They still shipped the order and have not properly responded to any of my emails. Very unprofessional.

I can't reach anyone at company for my refund they have definitely gotten the product back. Sent several emails I guess I've been scammed out of $130. Don't order from them. I warned them I would do an honest review if no response in 24hours after at least 4 messages. They don't deserve a star at all
