Hi Christine,
Firstly thank you very much for your order with us. Its very much appreciated.
Delighted to hear your positive feedback and review. Always nice to hear back from our customers so thank you for that. The unfortunate Tariff's are nothing to do with us and is purely down to the US Government. We do not gain or benefit from these Tariff's as they are paid directly to the US Government.
Hope you enjoy your purchase.
Thanks again

Hi Jose,
Firstly thank you very much for your recent order with us. Its very much appreciated.
However we do feel that your email is a little harsh and unwarranted due to the reasons below.
I apologize if you missed this but it is clearly stated in 4 different area's on our website that products from the "Teamwear Category" (from which your products are ordered from) can take 8-15 working days to be dispatched. Its stated on the product page, the description page, the terms and conditions and also after you completed your order at checkout. So i am very sorry if you missed this.
Your order was in fact dispatched on the 10th working day which was well within the timelines stated on our website. So we did deliver on our promise and again im sorry you did not see this or realize this when placing the order.
So the shipping time is not horrible. Its as advertised by us as we DO NOT try to hide this from you or any of our valued customers but unfortunately some customers do not read all the info on the products they are ordering which ends with an unfair review like this.
Thank you again for your order. It is very much appreciated and im very sorry it took a little longer than you expected even though we did deliver on our end of things.
Thank you
Regards,
Gareth & The Allsporststore Team

Excellent service, beware they charge in euros
I cannot fault the service and experience from this company, however, what wasn’t immediately obvious is that even though the prices are listed in £’s, you will be charged the equivalent in €’s and subsequently (if you’re like me) end up paying an additional bank charge on top for the transaction not being in £’s. In terms of the service and products I bought I am very happy with that- the price was significantly cheaper than the same product on Amazon, and it was delivered very quickly! I’m only hesitant to order from them again because of the additional fee my bank charged for a non-uk transaction.
