Hi Brittany,
Firstly thank you very much for your recent order with us. Its very much apprectiated. I will follow this up with an email for clarity as we did all correct on our end here and the delay seems to be in the US and this is all to do with the issues of Tariff and custom checks which has casued all these unfortuante delays.
It actually looks like its going to be delivered in the next day or two.
I can only apologize for this delay which was not caused by anyone here @Allsportstore
Thanks again for the order
Regards,
Gareth & The Allsporststore Team
Never to be worn
First) I finally got what I ordered.
I had to pay additional shipping/tax for over seas. Which was fine. It just took forever to actually receive... The jersey runs small in size. I really need the next size but I cant even imagine what that process would be... Sending this one back and then getting the correct size... I have just determined the incorrect size will just sit in my closet never worn...

Hi Tim,
Firstly thank you very much for your recent order with us. Its very much apprectiated. I will follow this up with an email for clarity as we did all correct on our end here.
As per the terms on our Teamwear products these were dispatched well within the advertised timelines. And infact before the actual minimum timelines advertised. So not sure if you missed this when ordering but it is well advertised on our website and product pages.
Apologies if you missed this. Not our intention.
There are official size charts on all these product pages which are Adidas Offical size charts so im sorry that this has come up a bit small for you. We can and certainly will change this for you if required.
In relation to additional fee's. This was and is nothing to do with us nor do we benefit from them. These are potentially US Customs charges which i have no clue why you had to pay them as we already have the Tariff charges paid on your behalf. So that one i would contest with whoever you paid as you should not have had to do so.
Thanks again for the order
Regards,
Gareth & The Allsporststore Team

Excellent speedy service and good price
I placed an online order, having not been able to find the trainers I was looking for in my local store. All Sport was more competitively priced and whilst I did have to pay postage, my order was dispatched immediately and arrived the next morning. Excellent service and I will shop here again!
