Excellent customer service!
Just visited All Seasons Flowers to pick up some succulents and cacti for gifts for work colleagues and the staff, Jeff and Kerry, provided excellent customer service and were a fountain of knowledge on how to best care for the plants. Excellent price and all flowers on display are as fresh as you would want. An excellent local business for all your floral needs

Hi Amelia,
As a long-standing, family-run business serving our local community for many years, customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so I was very surprised to read this.
I have looked into your review and I have not been able to find any recent order or interaction under your name or this scenario. If you did visit us or place an order, I would really appreciate if you could contact me directly with a few more details so I can look into this properly for you. Just to note that we are a florist based in Dublin, Ireland not the UK.
We take feedback seriously and would always want the opportunity to resolve any concerns.
Kind regards,
Emily Gaynor

Beautiful wreath
On a very sad occasion, All Seasons Flowers provided a beautiful wreath for the funeral. My late dear Auntie would have so approved of it. Thanks a million.

Great selection of fresh flowers available. I have bought flowers on many occasions over the years and been happy with the price and quality. The staff also take customer feedback seriously and make sure you leave with a positive experience. Emily and Kelly in particular have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the flower arrangement I was looking for.

Dear Imelda,
I’m very sorry to read your review and to hear you were disappointed with the Mother’s Day flowers. We absolutely understand that receiving flowers that don’t last as expected is upsetting, particularly when they are a gift from a loved one.
Our bouquets are created with fresh, seasonal blooms and designed to last at least 5–7 days and up to two weeks with some varieties of flowers along with proper care. I have since seen the email and photos you kindly sent us, and it appears the flowers were still in their packaging after four days — which may have sadly affected their longevity, as they may not have had access to fresh water.
That said, we do appreciate your feedback and your past custom, and we have offered a replacement bouquet as a gesture of goodwill. We always welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues directly and ensure our customers feel looked after.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Warm regards,
Emily Gaynor

Lovely florist
Lovely florist! They did our wedding flowers at Carton House and we were very happy with the result. They didn’t have flower stands for the ceremony so we had to use another company for that. However, the flowers for the table were great and excellent customer service.

Hi Jasmin. Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing us for your wedding flowers! We are delighted to hear you were happy with your flowers.
We are sorry to hear that the stands we have didn’t meet your specific requirements for the ceremony. Just to clarify, we do offer a range of stands, but unfortunately, we didn’t have the perfect height for your vision on this occasion however I'm delighted you were able to source the right ones as it is so important to get all the details right for your big day.
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of your special day. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together!
Best wishes,

Over the years I have bought many bouquets for my mother but this one is the most beautiful bouquet ever. My mother is absolutely stunned by the exceptionally high standard of your work and both she and I will definitely be recommending you to our friends for all their flower needs. Thanks for making my mother's birthday extra special. Your talents and integrity are very much appreciated. (I mention "integrity" because some florists sneak a few half-dead stems into a bouquet but you use only top quality flowers and foliage throughout your bouquets). Thanks again
