I had my windscreen replaced today in Inverness and was super happy. The gentlemen who did it were great at fitting me in early in the morning at a time to suit me (I drive for my job so timing is critical so I can make my appointments) and both team members were polite communicative and professional. Thanks to all involved for getting me driving safely again!

We had a major issue with a secure van used to transport young people and the staff at the Minworth Branch were absolutely amazing. Richard and the team went out of their way to help us and fit our new window in under 24 hours. We can't thank you all enough and honestly can't remember the last time we had service like this. Thank you so much from us all at The Alders.

Fantastic customer service and quality of work from Allscreens@ Stoke on Trent. I had to take the car in and chose to wait while the new screen was fitted, i was allowed to use the company`s WiFi and catch up with work while i have been offered a hot beverage.
Definitely will use again and would recommend to anybody.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Liam today, who came out to the Isle of skye to fix a chip on my pickups windscreen. He was helpful and skilled. Very pleased with the result and won't hesitate to use this company again when I next need a fix. Speedy service and was organised very quickly. Much faster than other companies I'd used before, and much happier with the result too.

I called them to repair a massive chip in my works vehicle and they came out the same day! Dann the repair man, from the Birmingham branch was great and he got it done in about 20mins. So Kudos to Dann and the Birminhgam branch of Allscreens Nationwide for such a speedy and brilliant repair. I definitely recommend them.

I recently had my windscreen replaced by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Trafford Park, Manchester. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Karl, my technician, was absolutely fantastic & went above & beyond to drop me off & pick me up at the nearby Trafford Centre whilst I waited for the work to be carried out. The work was completed really quickly. Overall a fantastic service & I would 100% recommend.

Had Dan from the Birmingham branch replace a windscreen for me today. Very friendly and professional service. Will definitely recommend to others

Raised a claim via insurance on 7th Sept and was promised a call back on 9th. Told them the screen would be a dealer part with 3 to 5 days delivery (my Ineos dealer had already told me that). It took 5 days for the order to be placed. 8 working days after the order was placed and the screen failed to be put on the delivery van. All this when on day 1 they put this job as a priority because I have a long journey scheduled in. Am now going to have a very long (2000 mile) drive with passenger facing a spiders web of cracks.
Now waiting for yet another call back having asked them to overnight courier the screen (apparently they ship from Loughborough to Basingstoke and then to Bristol so possibly 3 days to do what would take under 4 hours by car).

So far most call backs haven't happened (complaint raised), no promised dates have been met and I'm absolutely fuming. If they couldn't do the job they should have sub'd to my dealer whose details I gave them right at the start.

Complete farce! If it wasn't that not using the insurance would cost me 2k rather than £115 I'd have given up by now. Best I find some sick bags for my passenger coz it's not going to be a pleasant 2 week journey! Even if they can overnight the screen should I trust them to fit and recode the ADAS on first attempt or am i going to be screenless?

Great service and communication from Allscreens@Maybrook Business Park Birmingham. I had to take the car in and chose to wait while the new screen was fitted but it did allow me to catch up with some work..... anyway, Dan did a fantastic job in good time and was really knowledgeable, also good to have a chat about old school cars too.

Lewis and Blake have done a great job They came on time, they did a great job, being friendly and polite. I definitely recommend them as a trustful, highly professional team to deal with your screens troubles.

Just had kyle and Mike out to replace my screen, went out of there way to come to a site I was working at to fit there work around me. Lads did a a1 job, no mess left, van left clean and tidy and completed the screen replacement in a very quick time. Defiantly recommend and thanks again lads.

Mike and Kyle came out to my truck today and replaced my windscreen very efficient and professional cheers lads would 100% recommend.

Friendly service, dropped in on the off chance for a chip repair and they were able to do it whilst I waited. Good, clean waiting room too!

Slow, unresponsive and no email address to submit complaints.

I took my Jimny in for a windscreen replacement to the Newcastle branch through my Admiral insurance on the 12th January 2024, after the appointment earlier in the week being cancelled by Allscreens due to them not having the correct windscreen for my vehicle. The windscreen was replaced, but could not be calibrated. I was told that the manager would call the local dealership to book the vehicle in, then call me as soon as possible to let me know when this will happen. I heard nothing for a few days so I called back into the workshop the following week to enquire. They chased their manager and I still heard did not have any contact from them. I then called your customer services department on the following dates:
- 18th January 2024;
- 22nd January 2024;
- 29th January 2024;
On each occasion I was told that I would receive a call back from the manager to organise my new windscreen being calibrated by the dealership. I have not received any calls from Allscreens and my vehicle is still lacking a number of safety features due to this.

I have called my local dealership myself and received a quote for the calibration on the same phonecall (£360 inc VAT) so I know that there are no issues in organising this service. I will not pay that because it is meant to be completed through Allscreens Nationwide and covered by my insurance. I do not understand why nobody has updated me, or why this has not been sorted sooner.

I'm pretty stuck now, hoping to sell the vehicle and I can't because it is now faulty, with no safety features working.

I'm calling them now through my insurance - hopefully this will get it sorted but I'll update.

As a small positive, the team in the workshop were polite, efficient and nice.
