Allpowers Arvostelua 

Der Hersteller verweigert die gesetzliche Garantie. Das Gerät ist nach 6 Monaten nicht mehr in der Lage geladene Leistung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ohne eine Videodokumentation über die Fehlfunktion will der "Kunden(verhinderungs)service" aber keine Rücknahme Reparatur starten. Für mich sieht das nach einer klaren Behinderung bzw. Aushebelung der gesetzlichen Garantie aus. Mir drängt sich zumindest der Verdacht auf das hier systematisch Hürden aufgebaut hat um ein fehlerhaftes Produkt beim Kunden zu lassen und Ihn so um die Garantie zu betrügen. Der Hersteller wirbt mit 6 Jahren Garantie..... eine Farce.
weitere Hürden davor waren die Forderung nach der Uhrzeit des Kaufs, sowie ein Foto von einem Aufkleber an der Unterseite des Gerätes.
All diese Hürden sind weder in deren Geschätsbedingungen erwähnt noch vom Gesetzgeber verlangt um die Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Ganz ehrlich ich finde es mindestens unseriös wenn kostenoptimierung von Unternehmen entegegen gesetzlicher Bestimmungen( Garantie) zu Lasten der Kunden gehen. Grenzt das sytematische behindern eines Garantieanspruchs, durch Hürden wie eine Videodokumentation nicht an Betrug?

ho acquistato sul loro sito la R600 in data 16/03/2026 (Ordine n° IT23239)
Dal 26/08/2026 non si ricarica più con la AC, non alimenta e funziona solo la ricaria con il pannello.
Sul display appare una ventola con una X. Ho contattato l'assistenza, ho inviato quello che mi hanno chiesto ma ad oggi nessuna risposta su come risolvere.
Una DELUSIONE

Avevo ordinato una power station P300 con pannelli solari. Mi é arrivata solo la power station e non il pannello solare. Ho protestato ma facevano orecchi da mercante. Impazientito ho minacciato azione legale con richiesta di oscuramento del sito. Alla fine mi hanno proposto un pannello alternativo e lo hanno inviato.

Ho acquistato un kit powerbank+pannello solare il 19 Luglio 2026. Sul sito il materiale risultava disponibile. Mi è arrivata la powerbank ma non il pannello. Dopo mia richiesta, mi scrivono che il modello oggetto dell' ordine era esaurito e mi hanno proposto un modello alternativo in sostituzione. Ad oggi, 25 Agosto, nonostante numerosi solleciti, il pannello solare non mi è ancora arrivato. In tanti anni di acquisti online dei più disparati oggetti e servizi, è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. Ho la sensazione di aver perso i soldi che ho anticipato.

Esperienza pessima con il servizio clienti Allpowers.
La mia stazione R2500 ( ord.1298) ha smesso di ricaricarsi dall' ingresso fotovoltaico ed emana un forte odore di bruciato dall' interno.
Si tratta di un evidente difetto fabbrica che rappresenta un grave rischio di incendio e sicurezza domestica.
Dopo svariate email in cui ho fornito foto, video e tutti i dati richiesti, il supporto ha continuato a inviarmi domande ripetitive.
Ho inviato un ultimatum formale chiedendo l' intervento di un supervisore e le etichette per il reso in garanzia, ma l assistenza è letteralmente sparita ignorando ogni richiesta e scadenza.
Il prodotto è coperto da garanzia legale pertanto richiedo la sostituzione o riparazione del prodotto.
Se il silenzio dovesse continuare procederò per vie legali tramite l Antitrust ( AGCM).

Ho ordinato una r600 il 19 giugno. Pagata subito. Prima mi hanno scritto che era finita in magazzino e che ci volevano 2-3 settimane per la spedizione. Poi che non potevano spedirla all'indirizzo che avevo indicato ( Isola d'Elba ). Ho cambiato indirizzo e mi hanno riscritto che non riuscivano a spedirla per motivi logistici....( che significa!!!!) . Poi dopo 3 mail mie per informazioni più precise , il silenzio assoluto. Penso che passerò a una denuncia postale per truffa.

Received unit from my order IE2206 and its compaltely destroyed, and i mean its not the box or delivered like that. Its just destroyed inside, sockets falling apart, components ratlling inside. Imposible to turn it on and customers service is non existing....

I purchased an ALLPOWERS R1500 portable power station, which comes with a published 5-year manufacturer warranty. After 2 years, the unit completely stopped working.

When I reached out to customer support to make a claim, they acknowledged the fault, but refused to provide a free repair or replacement. Because they were out of stock of my model, they demanded an extra £150—to send an upgraded unit instead. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind their 30-day return policy, completely ignoring their 5-year guarantee obligations.

Forcing customers to pay extra money to fulfill a valid warranty claim on a broken product is unacceptable practice. Buy from a brand that actually honors its guarantees.

Non posso dare 0 ho acquistato una r600 il 19 luglio oggi e il 2 agosto ancora non e arrivato niente ho mandato 2 mail nessuna risposta.se questi sono così menefreghisti nella vendita figuriamoci nell'assistenza.non comprate assolutamente esistono aziende molto più serie.

Ho acquistato una R1500, dopo meno di un mese che ricaricava con il solare, non si accende più ne si ricarica.Contatto allpowers, mi chiedono di inviare video e foto per documentare il danno.
Sto ancora aspettando risposta che come ad altri non arriverà certamente.
Sottolineo che il prodotto è ancora in garanzia!
Pessimo servizio clienti, sarebbe stato meglio spendere di più per marche più blasonate e serie!!!

They didn't bother sending the solar panel that was included in my kit

Acquisto una Power station r1500dopo 9 mesi di scarso utilizzo si è guastata.nonsi ricarica più con il solare.deci e di email con 2 risposte automatiche ricevute ma niente di fatto,non si fanno vivi. Azienda pessima ma pessima come assistenza

Ho una S2000 Pro acquistata sul sito ufficiale, l'inverter AC è rotto. Ho inviato email e video del difetto, ma ricevo solo risposte automatiche inutili. Pretendo la sostituzione in garanzia

I have a Volix P300. From specs nobody mentioned that Solar Panel must be unplugged on sunset and plugged again the next day. Otherwise the Volix P300 will throw an error and won't wok anymore on charging. I've contacted the support to understand how moving forward. They just answer if necessary (and I want to remark "if) they could fix in next version. That means, no solution for me, but need to buy a next version of the product. Bad company.

Ich habe im November 2023 eine Allpowers R4000 für 2.378 Euro mit einer versprochenen 5-Jahres-Garantie gekauft [1.1]. Nach einem technischen Defekt verweigert der Support jegliche gesetzliche Gewährleistung.Die Masche ist unverschämt: Die Firma löscht ihre Online-Shops (wie joners-eu), taucht unter und eröffnet sofort neue Konten (wie ap green auf Amazon). Die offizielle deutsche Vertretung, die EUREPSTAR GmbH in Ingolstadt, haftet laut EU-Recht für diese Produkte, ignoriert aber alle Fristen und Mails.Das Gerät ist Schrott und der Kundenservice existiert nicht. Ich habe den Vorfall an die bayerische Gewerbeaufsicht und das Amazon-Marktplatz-Performance-Team gemeldet. Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Non avrei messo neanche una stella. State alla larga da questa azienda, acquistato un R2500, dopo meno di un mese ha smesso di funzionare e da lì è iniziata la presa in giro di mail automatizzate per perdere tempo.
Sono riusciti a ritirarmi il dispositivo per la sostituzione solo dopo due mesi ma dopo più di 50 giorni mi continuano a dire che non è più disponibile in magazzino e si rifiutano di fare un rimborso cosa che avrebbero dovuto fare da subito visto che di è rotto dopo meno di 30 giorni.
Vi terrò informati come andrà a finire...al momento neanche rispondono più alle mail, non sanno più cosa inventarsi.

Bad product and worse service. The power station didn't work when it arrived. They wasted my time for as long as possible before replacing it and a year later I'm here again with the same issue and the same time wasting

Achtung – Finger weg! Miserabler Kundenservice und keine Kulanz bei defekten Geräten

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit Allpowers teilen, um andere vor ähnlichen Problemen zu warnen. Ich habe eine Powerstation gekauft, die bereits defekt geliefert wurde. Ein klarer Sachmangel – sowas kann passieren, aber wie ein Unternehmen damit umgeht, zeigt, wie kundenorientiert es wirklich ist.

Leider war der weitere Ablauf alles andere als professionell oder kundenfreundlich. Statt den offensichtlichen Defekt unkompliziert über Garantie oder Gewährleistung abzuwickeln, verlangt Allpowers von mir, dass ich die Rückversandkosten für den Austausch selbst übernehme. Für mich absolut unverständlich – besonders, wenn es sich eindeutig um einen Mangel handelt, den ich nicht verursacht habe.

Was die Sache noch schlimmer macht:
Ich habe über drei Wochen lang mit dem Support diskutiert, sämtliche Nachweise geliefert und geduldig versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. Doch nach unzähligen Nachrichten kam am Ende nur noch eine Standardantwort, ohne jegliches Eingehen auf meine Situation oder meine Fragen.

Für mich zeigt das ganz klar: Der Kundenservice ist weder hilfsbereit noch daran interessiert, Probleme wirklich zu lösen. Kund*innen bleiben am Ende mit den Kosten und dem Ärger allein zurück.

Ich kann Allpowers daher definitiv nicht empfehlen. Finger weg, wenn euch ein fairer Umgang und verlässlicher Support wichtig sind.

Questo uno dei tanti proverbi coi quali sono stato cresciuto, e "tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene".
Ho acquistato un pannello solare, del valore di circa 100€, ma quando l'ho ricevuto era privo di tutta l'accessorisitica che avrebbe dovuto avere.
Seppur essendo trascorso un po di tempo dalla ricezione, ho contestato la difettosità al venditore, che prontamente si è attivato per permettermi il reso a costo zero, per poi ricevere il nuovo pannello corredato di tutti gli accessori.

Questa, per me, si chiama serietà!!!
