I purchased a set of Brabus Alloys & tyres for my Smart Fortwo that arrived within 10 days of ordering and look fabulous.
I spoke to Tony on a number of occasions in order to ensure I order the right spec and the service and advice was excellent.
The whole process was made easy and opting for the mobile fitting ensure that the wheels were fitted quickly and by an expert.
I used Trustpilot before ordering and my experience mirrored the comments made.

5* experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. Found what we liked on the website, phoned the company and spoke to Tony the sales manager. Tony if very helpful and knowledgeable. We placed our order for 4 wheels with tires fitted. Tony advised us that it could take 2-3 weeks for the order to reach us. 2 weeks to the day (almost the hour) 4 wheels & tyres arrived via a very polite and helpful UPS driver. We can only give praise to the team at Alloy Wheels Direct. Highly recommended.

My wife had managed to buckle all 4 wheels on her TTRS and Audi wanted a small fortune to put it right. Alloy Wheels Direct were nearly half the price for exactly the same wheels, better tyres and including mobile fitting. Great service and more convenient. Would recommend and use again in a heartbeat.

Great price, great service, prompt delivery of genuine Mercedes Benz wheels. So glad to have found Alloy Wheels Direct. I was able to get the genuine/oem 20 inch wheels I wanted for a much lower price than at the dealership (including savings on the mandatory “core fee” imposed in the US) Staff was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Wheels shipped directly from Germany to my preferred local tire shop for mounting and arrived in less than one week. Great experience all around - highly recommend.

I called Alloys Wheels Direct. I asked them a question about rims. I was not purchasing anything but need an expert opinion. They had me send pictures of the rim I was looking to buy and discovered the buyer was giving me the wrong information. (Bolt pattern) If it was not for the kindness of this gentleman who gave time to my question, I would have been stuck for $900.00 It is much appreciated, and I would recommend this company all day long.

Most helpful and knowledgeable. Quick service and superb product. Nothing was too much trouble and; as advised, my vehicles handling and ride was suitable transformed.

There were initial problems with delays and misplaced items but on top of that they sent me an additional item which I didn't request and charged me for it without my authorisation. Told them many times they can come and collect it, gave multiple addresses... I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind paying for their mistakes.

Didnt like the sepa transfer, but what a great company and thrustworthy :) nice staff aswell!

Excellent Service - Received great support and communication from Tony in ensuring i bought the correct item. Great service and quick delivery - highly recommend Alloy Wheels Direct !!

I ordered 4 wheel caps and received an email from Tony saying that he wasn't sure that they would fit as I have after market wheels. I was sure that I had measured the caps correctly, so he suggested that he send just one cap so I could check, and if it fitted he would send the remaining 3 caps at no extra shipping charge. This meant that if the cap didn't fit I would only lose the money for 1 cap and not for the price of 4. This showed excellent customer care and proved that he wasn't prepared to charge full price for a product which in his expert opinion may not be right for me. As it happened, when I received the first cap, it did fit, and true to his word, Tony sent the remaining 3 caps at no extra charge. From one very happy customer!

I am not a savvy car person. I purchased rims without tires and they reached out to me and offered to add tires so I dont have to find them locally, balance etc. They made recommendations and delivered fast. I am thrilled with the rims and the customer service that I received.

Communication was great, prompt and all useful information transmitted .

Tony went above and beyond on helping to clarify all my questions and to offer the best available items.
