Alloy Ramps by Aviramp Ltd Arvostelua

Decent ramp knees feeling the benefit already and around 1 week turnaround so all good

Really great service, rushed my order through and was updated regularly. Really great experience.

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Alloy Ramps at Aviramp in Telford from start to finish. The whole design process was excellent, and they really took the time to understand exactly what we needed for our van.

Connie’s communication throughout was superb… always helpful, professional, and quick to respond, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The fitting team were fantastic as well. They were incredibly helpful, informative, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure the bespoke ramp was fitted properly and safely, and took the time to explain everything to us.

You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about quality and customer service. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished ramp and would highly recommend Alloy Ramps/Aviramp to anyone looking for a bespoke accessibility solution.

We recently bought two ramps from AVI Ramps and had a great experience from start to finish. Connie was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made everything very easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and communication — highly recommend AVI Ramps.

first rate service and great product will use this company again

Fantastic experience, brilliant customer service, kept informed the whole time and very happy with product. Thanks

Fabulous service from point of order to delivery. Both Connie and Luke were very helpful and prompt with their support and communication. We didn't have the ramp fitted, but arranged collection to fit ourselves. The feedback I have received from our drivers is that the ramp is excellent quality and fit.

Great customer service from enquiry to collection and after.
Definately recommend

Easy payment.
Good communication

I ordered the incorrect width of ramp, but didn't notice until a few weeks later. I contacted them half expecting a negative reaction, however pleasantly they have gone put of their way to assist and resolve the problem. Excellent service!

The service and knowledge given to me about the product prior to purchase. The ease and help in ordering the correct ramp for my needs. The staff all went out to their way to ensure that I was more then happy with the ordering and fitting. I can highly recommend this company and service that they provide.

Aviramps were brilliant from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, communication regarding the christmas break was not forgotten and the ramp itself is of great construction and perfect for the job. Many thanks guys!

Really quick, efficient service and delivery.
Very easy to talk to either by phone or email.

From the first contact Alloy Ramps were great, the sales manager came back to me to check a couple of details, we needed a ramp to fit over a towbar on the van, they drew up the proposed ramp - we asked them to go ahead, then Connie kept me up to date with payment received and eta - then gave me a call to check we had received it and all was well. I've purchased a few ramps over the years and this is well made and probably the best finished ramp we've had - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I Approached Alloy Ramps with a tight deadline and they delivered on time and budget, highly recommend

Alloy Ramps quick and easy to deal with, delivered on time, great product.

The team have been great. Friendly, courteous and always kept me updated throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Always easy to deal with and ramps are always exactly what you need and made to a high standard!

Aviramp were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They helped us with a custom ramp for our container, providing clear specifications, price options, and quick answers to every question. Throughout the process they kept us fully informed at each stage – payment, design, build, and delivery – which gave us real confidence.

After the ramp arrived, we needed a modification. Aviramp arranged collection, carried out the adjustment, and re-delivered it at no extra charge. The after-sales care was outstanding, and it really showed they stand behind their products and service.

I would highly recommend Aviramp to anyone needing a bespoke ramp solution – professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful.

Excellent service, will to listen to your needs rather than selling something that is not suited to the task requirements.
