I had a problem with one of my batteries that I received. I sent a message to the website and the person got back to me pretty quickly. He helped resolve the issue and they were sending a replacement battery. Thank you so much for your assistance.

I returned a impact wrench because 2 was shipped to me. I returned it in the first of March. I guess alloyman doesn't honor there return policy

i have used the saw three times. tensioner broke in half inside chain cover. after two phone calls emails to every support site they tell you about, can not get any help. willing to repair it myself but they don't have replacement parts. no one believes chain saws don't break but every reputable company provides replac ement parts. still under waranty but nothing from them.

ALLOYMAN tools are great products built to last that every man AND woman can use successfully. I recently purchased the 20v battery operated tiller, and it works like a dream. Customer communication and service are impeccable. I was able to use the tiller with its extra battery to complete an entire project—I had to post a video because my friends couldn’t believe how well I was handling the product. I encourage you to try this product. You won’t regret it. High quality with unbelievable results.

Customer service was great. Very tentative to my issue

This company is selling laser levels with ALT16 batteries on Amazon but does not have replacement ALT16 batteries available anywhere. Both batteries refused to charge after one cycle. The charger provided not other same electrical spec chargers do not charge the batteries. The batteries list an email address on the label which returns a sender not found notice. I contacted another email found on the website for help and they did not respond to my email. I now have a useless heap of junk and cannot do anything about it even if I was willing to purchase additional batteries out of pocket, because they aren't available online. I heavily advise against purchasing from alloyman tools.

Excellent tool, it has excellent torque compared to other well-known brands, and it does the job very well for whatever is needed. I'm a diesel mechanic in the oilfield.

The tool works great had a charger problem they took care of it left message they got right back to me thanks.

I bought a router through Amazon it is stuck can't put bit in I called customer service and the person that answered did not know what router was. He asked me if that was an old product. I. hung up. Send an email no answer. Never will buy their products

It was easy to chat with someone and I received answers to my questions about a warranty.

I bought the apiw1200 alloy power impact wrench with two batteries and a charger, but only one battery came with the package.I got hold of the customer service through a text.They responded back to me very quick, i told them that I did not receive the extra battery. And in no time they sent me a new battery. I just want to say I have never had a customer service. Response, like this before, they were very helpful. As far as a product I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it'll do the job that I need it for.

I ordered their blower for cleaning out gutters from Amazon. It worked for about two hours, then quit working. After a couple of emails they replaced the blower. After using 15 minutes that blower quit working.
The return process for the two defective blowers is very involved, requiring photos and videos. Another option was simply provide me with labels to return both defective blowers. Having no luck getting the labels so I can return the product and get a refund. Customer service keeps telling me they’re waiting on the escalation team. If you deal with this company and have to deal with customer service good luck.

They went above and beon and very helpful and when ordering from them you talk to a person and very quick on service i highly would reccammen them good tools up there with dewalt and milwaukee but lower prices thanks appreciate your help happy Thanksgiving

I ordered the wireless tiller and after I drained both batteries I went to plug one into the charger and the charger popped and smelled like something was burning. I found their email on the back of the battery and emailed them what had happened. They responded to my email and I was just going to buy a replacement but they asked when I bought it as it may still be under warranty. It was! They asked for the invoice # and said they’d send a replacement. Within a week I had the replacement. I was very surprised and extremely pleased with the customer service.

I had a minor issue with one of the batteries for a pole saw that I ordered. I called the customer service number and was connected to Mauricio, who was fantastic. Unlike many other companies that provide customer service, I could understand him, which is very important to me, an old guy of 77 who remembers the way things used to work. Over a 2-day period, Mauricio contacted me numerous times to solve my issue, which he did with my complete satisfaction. I am now a lifelong customer and fan of Alloyman. Mauricio deserves a raise!! - Bob

I never received what I ordered, it seems this company is in china and not even on American soil. It’s an absolute scam!

They went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue. I have used the cultivator and am happy with the purchase. It will serve me well.

My representative Mauricio has been entirely responsive and effective!!!
I wish the charger unit had not failed but it did. He was able to respond and resolve my trouble quickly.
