After my previous review, you mentioned that I should reach out to the Alloura email support team which I have done, but I still have not received a refund or a reply about the refund. I received a new email saying my order was delivered. That was not the issue or the problem. I ORDERED ONE BOTTLE BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE & AM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND FOR THE 2ND BOTTLE - MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER.

I confirmed that I was charged DOUBLE! Two separate charges coming through on 11.30.24 for $58.79 & $58.80.

You would've had a repeat customer, but definitely not if I don't receive a refund for the second bottle never ordered or received.

I DID NOT ORDER A SECOND BOTTLE. Your system initiated a second bottle purchase. Like I've mentioned, I would not purchase a $60 product multiple times before trying it out first. AND even if I had, you only shipped ONE BOTTLE. So, I should still be entitled to a refund of the 2nd bottle for which I was charged.

Yes, there was a chargeback, because I explained to my Credit Card Company that after 6 weeks of struggling to get a refund, you said I was not charged twice. Although, THEY could see two charges. The initial email I have from you even states TWO charges. If you agree with their chargeback which covers the refund, then we are good, but if you disagree, then further trouble will follow because I am NOT paying for more than I received.

I placed my order October 16th, still haven't recieved Anything. I sent them an email one month or so later, they said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. Nothng.

I again send an email, I get an automated message saying:

"Thank you for reaching out to us. We value your concern and would like to assure you that we are looking into the matter. We will first consult with our management team to determine the best course of action regarding your issue. Once we have their decision and resolution, we will get back to you promptly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding."

One week later, no follow up, so I again send an email. 2 days later I finally get a reponse from an actual person, after a month and a half.

And their only response is summed up in "What is wrong" even though I straightly explained my issue in my first email.

I respond, explain again, again, a week goes by and no reponse, so I send a new mail. This time the they actually respond the same day, SHOCK.

Alas, the only response I got was the following:

"Thank you for reaching out. Please note that since your package is being shipped internationally, it may take some time to arrive. You can track your package here: LINK

We understand your concern and assure you that, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or delayed, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue. Rest assured, we are here to assist you every step of the way, and we will keep you updated on any developments.

Kind regards,"

No resolution to my issue what so ever, at this point its been nearly 2 months since I placed my order.

I ask for a full refund, which they deny saying the product has already been sent. But on their website it says international shipping only takes 5-14 days, its been 4 times as long on their longest estimate.

I point this out to them in a follow up email, and no response what so ever a month later. Sent a new email today.

Long story short. If you want to save yourself a headache and a couple dollars, don't buy this. I've also heard the fragrance smells like shit anyway.

STAY AWAY

As others have mentioned package has been stuck with UPS since 28th of November and hasn't moved since. Support is useless - refusing to refund or reship and have asked me to follow up with China Post. Scam.

Ordered mid Nov 2024 shipping said delivery in 12 days. Since purchase UPS shipping tracking info shows order hasn’t moved once since Nov 27, email Alloura support regularly highlighting the tracking info showing parcel isn’t moving. Get automated response saying it’s on its way. Been over 1 month since requesting help, no delivery no movement no refund. I Keep emailing support requesting refund keep getting automated response saying be patient. This is a scam!

The fragrance is very light and fresh. It’s very nice but as far as what it says it will do …. Nope , nada, zilch! Not even the slightest reaction from my husband. Passion isn’t an issue for us , but thought I’d try it to see what would happen . Which again, was zero…. 👎

Alloura sent me the wrong product. Now they want me to spend more on shipping to return the product. Unless they correct their mistake I will never purchase from them again.

I did not like the smell at all, they are selling something that is not true. The bottle was leaking the parfum and when I asked to return they made paid the shipping fee of 4.99 and they did not return my money back. I lost over 35 dollars. Not worth the rustle. What a waist of my time. Why put on a show and not deliver it.

I tried to cancel an order of samples and they said sure no problem but they shipped anyway. I returned them unused seeing that they had a "money back guarantee" which is FALSE. They give you a gift card! Of course I did not see the fine print. I'm so sick of companies claiming that and making people feel secure about returns and it's basically a lie. Even tho the products are unused I took a whiff and they smell like some stinky old man cologne and they're supposed to be for women.

Send me a cologne and take back the perfume you sent!

This company is a joke and the perfume stunk. I ordered Sept 25, received it Oct 7th, requested a refund Oct 11th and still have yet to get my money back. I emailed them on Nov 10th, with no response for 10 days. I emailed again Nov 21 and got an automated email about shipping my order being delayed.

THEY ASKED ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT EVEN IF I NEVER GOT IT. I'VE SENT 9 EMAILS SAYING THAT I NEVER HAD IT, THAT WHAS SHIPPED IN USA AND NOT IN ITALY WHERE I LIVE AND THEY DO NOT READ NONE OF MY EMAIL, THEY ONLY SAID "WE ARE SORRY YOU DONT LIKE THE PARFUME JUST SENT THEM BACK" THEY NOT EVEN CHECK OR READ THE EMAIL.

Scam on the next level. I've ordered 2 boxes and they sent them in OAK LAWN, but my address is in ITALY not in USA, been trying to contact them they always answer with the pre made email where I have to search near my house, but there are 7500 km between me and Oak Lawn. They will not even read my email provided with screenshots.

I wrote to you 7 emails, ALL OF THEM with my order number "Order #220917". And all your answer was to check the surroundings. Should I buy a thousand dollar ticket, apply for my tourist visa and go to OAK LAWN, from ITALY just to get my parcel? It was your fault, not mine, I've checked dozen times before sending the order. As I usually do. 6 days later it was delivered and you answer is just "check surroundings" "we are busy right now, will be back in touch with you as soon as possible" and you never did.

Still a scam, either you guys send me all the products I've bought or you send me a full refund.

Doo prime offers a wide range of trading instruments, but I do think they could add some more advanced features for experienced traders. Still, it's a dependable platform overall.

This company is a joke. I ordered the cologne for men and received the perfume for women. I contacted customer service and was assured they would correct the error. Instead, they mailed me another box of perfume for women. I asked them to fix the mistake or to give me my money back, and they told me to return the perfume at my expense before they would issue a refund. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone and I'm sick of dealing with them. They can keep the money at this point. Now I'm just going to share my experience online.

have read your refund policy and see that I won’t be able to qualify for a refund. My boyfriend lives 200 miles away and the delivery arrived while I was away causing me to miss the 7 day policy. I did open all three and tried all three - only the dog could smell them. Only one smells pleasant anyway! I did not know that I had to document my usage on social media!!! I am 65 years old and thought I was taking advantage of new science!!
Your refund policy is absurd and now it is apparent that this is a scam. I will be leaving Google reviews and everywhere else that I can to discourage others from losing their money. I am furious that I wasted my money on a company that has to cheat customers in order to make a profit from a poor product.

Scents are a joke. They rebranded BRUTE. I bought a few different fragrance and 1 burned my skin. Asked for a refund on all the scents. Some made me sick to my stomach. They waited for the refund period to expire before they responded to my emails asking for a refund. Then told me sorry, it's yours. 😡

Have been getting the run around for weeks from Alloura support. If they let me post pictures I'd put the emails here.

I'd give zero stars if I could . The perfume wasn't for me and I have returned the bottle almost 2 months ago now and I have not received any updates. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a company before. The perfume made my dog go nuts ! She would not stop following me around and sniffing me .. did nothing for my man . I'm still waiting on the refund what a joke

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I order this product almost two months ago. There was a mix up with my address and it was returned to the original sender.
I reached out at first and they told me I would get a refund once they had it in hand. Mind you, it was a week before they replied to my email.
I got confirmation and took a screen shot that it was returned to the original seller. I sent that on August 30th. I have not heard one word from customer service since.
They did offer to reship it for an ADDITIONAL $17.
What a joke.

*** Just want to clarify since my review was responded to. It was not that there was an address mix up or even that it was going to have to be reshaped that I was disappointed in. I get crap happens.
It was the fact that it took multiple emails sent getting automated replies saying my email would be responded to in less than 3 days, and the last one I sent was double that, at least. I didn’t get a response until my negative review was seen.

I love the fragrance but my bottle doesn’t spray after only using 3-4 times.
