Your order was placed late on 24 December and cancelled on 26 December. At that time, our policy allowed cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order, or before the order had been processed or shipped. Although this request came after that timeframe, we made an exception due to the Christmas period and processed the cancellation with the standard 15% processing fee stated in our policy.
Our 30-day returns policy applies to items that have already been received — it’s separate from the pre-shipment cancellation terms. We’re sorry this caused frustration, but our team followed the policy in place at the time and ensured the refund was processed promptly.
We also take great care to ensure all product information, sizing, and policies are clearly displayed on both our website and Facebook shop. Since early 2025, our policies have been updated further to make everything even clearer and to ensure consistency across all orders.
