Waited ten days and order still hadn’t shipped. Tried calling for a refund and no one answered the phone. Finally got through using chat and told the guy just refund my money which he said he would do. Received an email 2 days later saying they were reshipping the item not refunding my money as I had asked. Finally received the item a week later and the bottle was leaking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY U WILL REGRET IT

During our chat, we mentioned that there was a tracking issue and that a refund might be necessary; fortunately, your package arrived the following day. The delay was due to the holiday. I had purchased before, but I found the premixed bottle on your site. They are really inexpensive and portable. I appreciate the dropper type lid. When I buy, I buy enough to avoid shipping and then I gift bottles to friends in need. JP from VA.

Lid did not include the glass dropper…
Lid did not include the glass dropper :(
I did not like how my 4% hydrochloric acid solution did not come with a glass eye dropper as a lid like my previous order. I only received a closed cap with a separate plastic eye dropper on the side. It’s now an inconvenience since I have to clean that dropper every single time instead of use the lid version of the glass dropper which wouldn’t require cleaning. Very disappointed with the order…

Sorry to hear that. We cannot use lids with the glass dropper inside as they will degrade because of the rubber inside. This is also not recommended. You could try your own dropper with it at our own risk.
