Took me months to get my PC activated... due to my own stupidity.... Not only did he give me a second key when I messed up the first but he was also very very VERY patient with me... even when i wasn't so patient. Product it was delivered in a timely matter and was as expected.

After I purchased the Microsoft Office product, I didn't receive any key or the software or any instructions on how to get the software product!.

so far so good other than the difficulty of trying to find the directions of how to get office set up completely. Works perfect ever since i was able to get it completely set up.

I have not received any mail or link to download the product and less the codes for its installation.

Easy process; simple to install. A steal compared to Microsoft prices.

I purchased a product key for windows 10 pro. Received the key immediately thought email but it didn't work. I messaged the seller with my issue. He got back to me within 30 minutes and within another 10 minutes I had a new key that worked perfectly!

Had a problem with the installation of an upgrade i purchased. Called customer service twice. A person answered quickly both times and were very professional and prompt in solving my problems.

Very clear instructions, down to the need to remove other versions of Office first. If you haven't bought here before, ensure you read the instructions carefully.
I had a slight issue with duplication of licence because I wasn't careful enough, but the support was excellent, explained what I needed to do and sorted out the issue. Very happy with the result.
