Great caring councillor who really supported me.

I loved my therapist while she was there! We set a series of goals and worked on them and worked on understanding the mechanics of my innerself. She was enthusiastic, flexible, kind and brilliant. The app was such a great way for me to not only access therapy by being virtual, but also made financially doable as someone on a budget

I had a wonderful experience and was matched with an amazing therapist who I've continued to see weekly for over a year. Extremely easy to use and the pay what you can pricing makes therapy much more accessible.

I started for grief therapy and my councillor was amazing and helped me through it. After she moved on, I took a break and started again to try and maintain my mental health and that counsellor was able to reframe so many situations for me while my life isn’t “normal or stable” to my regular standards. I had a lot of mental health issues navigating my new norm and she was very supportive and honouring my lows and celebrating my highs.

Truly my best experience with online therapy. I like that you could book sessions at your pace and are only paying for the sessions you attend. I have tried better help and mind beacon. But Alli has been the best. That's why it is almost coming up to a year since I have joined.

I was with Alli for a year. I had one therapist who was great. She followed up with my appointments and was good about communicating. When her time with Alli ended, I chose to continue with a new therapist. My second therapist was good during my session. However, she wasn't satisfactory with following up. A lack of communication about the schedule was also disappointing. As well, something must've changed with the Alli office. They also were not as good about following up when I had questions. Sometimes I wouldn't hear a reply for almost a week. I kind of felt let down that the great experience with the first therapist was shadowed by the issues with my second experience.
I would try Alli again, but I would be more particular about who I choose to have therapy with.

Having the live online zoom format is a perfect way to connect with a therapist. The Alli appointments are flexible to my needs and requirements. When I just need to talk to someone, the therapists are there to listen. I recommend Alli as an affordable option for counselling.

Alli made it significantly easier to find a therapist that I was able to connect with, my experience has been incredible from day one, and given the price of independent therapy, Alli also comes in first by having accessible pricing making it easier to schedule sessions more often.

It always angered me that having a mental illness is free, but treating the mental illness is only for those with money or good insurance. Trauma happens to everyone and everyone deserves a chance to heal, regardless to their financial situation. Alli helped me seek treatment without having to worry about whether or not I could afford it. The therapists I was matched with were intelligent and compassionate. Being online made the appointments convenient since I could choose from a range of appointment times and be in my home while attending sessions.

The first therapist I had was great when she left I was set up with a new one who dropped the ball and left me hanging, would email would email backs for weeks

My therapist was great. This was my first time diving into therapy and they made sure I was heard and worked with me at a level and pace I could handle, while getting the most out of our sessions.

Any questions or issues that arose regarding appointments or payment etc were handled promptly, professionally, and with kindness.

Easy to book, cancel and partake in appointments.

I started when I was struggling with a lot of personal issues and insecurities. With my biweekly sessions and having some guidance and a listening ear, I was able to obtain a lot of healthy coping skills and build a better relationship with myself. I am thankful that Alli was affordable, flexible, and there when I needed it :)

Alli made therapy accessible. They matched me up with a fantastic therapist on the first try but do allow you to switch out if needed. Their operating system is great and from my understanding they treat their resident therapists great - help them get their hours and support them in the future.

Sometimes we think, that we can deal with things on our own. And time goes by. Until too late, better to go and talk to specialist. This is the right place. I finally feel myself better.

I loved my experience with Eva Ostapeic, she was genuine, real and one of the best counsellors I've ever had. I will always remember her as a wonderful woman.
