Terrible company. NO goods received, they told me to deal with TNT, I managed to find out the TNT details after talking to someone helpful there and gave them to them as it got returned to them and they still won't refund or send me my goods. Keep telling me its my job to deal with TNT, no it's not it theirs as the sender and TNT will only deal with them as the senders and it got returned to them. All I want is either the goods resent or my money back. This is going on for about 2 months now.

Alero is in touch and helped me resolve my issues very fast with no problems.

This is a scam! Never asked to be a member. The more you send them email, the more they charge you something
